Dave Lamb Heating & Air Conditioning

Yesterday I found my elderly mother?s furnace was not working. I called Dave Lambs company and was told they could have someone there within an hour. Chris, their serviceman called within 15 minutes and said he was on his way. Upon arrival Chris diagnosed the problem as a bad exhaust fan. He told me he could return the next day with the replacement at 3pm. This morning Chris called at 9:15 am and said he could be right over. He replaced the exhaust fan and we had him install a new Sensi thermostat that I can remote into if my mother has issues with the technology. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. He is definitely an asset to the Dave Lamb team. I cannot give Dave Lamb Heating and Air Conditioning and Chris a higher rating.

We ordered it from him on November 26th and the new one was installed on Friday, November 30th. The guys did a great job. They were here on time and very courteous. The installed the furnace in the timeframe they estimated to do the job and cleaned up after themselves. We were extreamly satisfied with the whole experience from estimate to completion. <br /> We used Dave Lamb to install an air conditioner 18 years ago when we bought this house and we have only had them repair it one time since installation. While the guys were here installing the new furnace they raised the air conditioner which was settling on one side. <br /> <br /> <br />

Went very well. I was pleased that he was honest in telling me that my furnace just needed a service call every 3 yrs instead of annually. Very polite and took time to answer my many questions. <br />

This Mr. Lamb came out to see about a furnace replacement he found that the combustion blower was bad and offered to replace it instead of replacing the entire furnace, His tech. came out replaced the blower and all is well

The project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Dan is knowledgeable and professional. Pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any concerns. We purchased a heat pump and are happy with its operation. Received a rebate from consumers and Dan did the paperwork for that as well.

Dan and his team did a great job. I could tell I was in good hands when the first thing they did was bring in a plastic runner to insure my house was left the same way they found it. Very professional and their price was very competitive.

Absolute outstanding!!!!

I hired Dan because my regular repairman said he had to condemn my furnace because it had a crack in the heat exchanger and another fellow who was bidding for the job said that my furnac3e had three cracks in the heat exchanger but Dan said the old furnace had no cracks but did give me a few reasons why I should consider a new HVAC unit. The difference was that Dan had the right tools for the job. He used a tool that had a yard long tube that lite up the insides of the heat exchanger and showed the insides on a small screen whereas the other fellows just used a flashlight leaving me wondering what they really could see as I could not see anything. Dan talked me into buying a heat pump which so far has seems a very good solution. He said that it would pay for itself in three years and I have enough history of past propane and electricity bills that by next November I will have some figures to back up his statement. His workers did a for better job installing the new furnace than was done on my old unit. Even caulking in all the joints on the new duct-work. I am very pleased.

They beat everybody's price. They were friendly. Showed up early, completed the work on-time. They did a wonderful job with the quality of the work. I have since gotten out of the business, but I was a contractor for many years. So, I've learned how to recognize quality work. I'd recommend them to anybody and have done so.
