Rohdy's Heating and Cooling

I can't recommend Rohdy's highly enough! We've been using them for HVAC maintenance on two properties for years, and they've been a huge help whenever the occasional issue popped up. This week, they got us in quickly when we had an issue with a water heater, and Jake — who's fantastic — truly went above and beyond to help diagnose a problem that was larger than HVAC and give us a suggestion on next steps. It's so nice working with a team who's honest and truly seem like they care about their customers!

I had them come out to service an air conditioner and inspect a furnace for a home sale. The service tech (Ken) that came out to look at the hvac system. He looked at the system and said that he couldn't figure out why the air conditioner wasn't working. He said that the furnace system was old school and that the owner (Chris I believe) knew it better and he'd have him come out and look at it when he got back from a family get together in Traverse city. Next thing I know I have a bill and Ken recommends replacing the air conditioning unit. I never heard from the owner. I called Teed's hvac they came out and recommended that I upgrade the furnace because the ac relay was bad and was obsolete. I changed the furnace out. Teed's came out started up the air conditioner and it worked fine. I'd recommend Teed's over Rohdy's any day of the week they know their stuff. Below is a picture of the relay that was bad.

Great service at a affordable price.

I subcontracted a job out to this company. They showed up on time and installed two smart thermostats I provided. The tech was nice and very quick. He didn't need to ask me a bunch of question or read manuals. They were priced very fair. Will use them again for sure!

I needed Ac service. Service was great. On time and work done in timely manner. Jake fixed issue, needed new part. He also fixed an issue with Nest thermostat that another HVAC company COULD NOT DO, AFTER BEING PAID. Rohdys was also fairly priced for time here on (7/26). Highly recommend them!

Coldest day of the year, fixed my furnace within a few hours and at a fair price. I trust them as they have always treated me right.

Woke up to no heat and even though they were booked solid, Jake still managed to find time to get here and get it fixed. Very good at returning calls, fair pricing and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

Rohdy Heating & Cooling is a great company. They have been in this business for a long time. Also, they are very knowledgeable and fair with pricing. Well, I thought so any way.

Called them because a relative refered them. Needed an old furnace running. Was charged service call and labor. Turned it on first time and nothing. Called them again and they replaced a fan. Turned it on again and nothing. Their answer to all this was to have them come out again. Why? So I can be charged a third time for nothing! No thank you. Tech was a nice guy but that doesn't keep heat in my home!

They are very fair on cost and always return calls and come out quickly.

When others would not even return phone calls, they answered and can't out within 30 minutes. Issue diagnosed and resolved quickly with a follow up visit soon after.

I have used Rhody's for service calls on my old furnace as well as a recent installation of a new furnace. An excellent, professional company in all respects.
