My experience was very very positive! I had no problems with communication between this company and myself. It felt as if they cared about me, their customer. Bobbie and Roger were on time and were wonderful to have around as they did their job efficiently and completely. They explained what they were doing and what they found in the ducts, and answered all of my questions. I will certainly recommend this company to my friends.

Yet another great experience with DUCTZ of Southeast Michigan! I used their services at my previous home about 10-years ago. I had a great experience then and decided to use them again for my current home. The service and experience was great again! From scheduling my appointment, which was quick and they worked with my schedule, to the technicians that cleaned my system (Bobby and Roger) who were professional, friendly, and informative, to the representative that contacted me for payment - everything and everyone was just superb! I had DUCTZ of Southeast Michigan clean the heating and cooling ductwork in our residential home. The technicians arrived as scheduled and called ahead of time to advise me of their arrival time. The technicians were very courteous and informative throughout the process taking pictures before and after the cleaning of the ducts and explained their cleaning process as the job progressed. They also told me the exact cost of the service before they began. I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning and the professionalism of the technicians who performed the work. Good job and a very professional company to work with.

We are very pleased! Andy and his teammate did a meticulous job. It took over 3 hours including (at the end of the cleaning), the application of Fresh Duct, a non-toxic, biodegradable application that encapsulates odors. I would highly recommend DUCTZ of SE Michigan!!!

Great people to work with from the very start. Office staff is helpful and friendly. The Ductz cleaning technicians showed up on time. The technicians were very efficient and cleaned up the areas that were after themselves. The technicians were profess and also very friendly. Definitely knew what they were doing. They were on time and very professional. There was a small scratch on my stairwell going downstairs and I informed the professional about it. The team was very knowledgeable and very curtious

I set up an appointment to have my ducts cleaned and Ductz canceled the day before because they had a big job to do. They rescheduled for a few week later but didn't follow until they were on the way. That morning I assumed they were not going to show again so I left for the day. I don't know how good their work is but scheduling and follow up is not great.

After renovating my home I had ductz clean out my ducting. They did a great job cleaning my furnace and even took the extra effort to paint their access points to match my previously painted ducting. Highly recommend their service to anyone with a pet or recently completed renovations.
