Quick, kind, fixed issue

Very prompt service. More expensive than others I contacted but could come right away.

1. I realized furnace out late in the afternoon and picked up the phone after hours. 2. Most prompt appointment of any contact. 3. Service man diagnosed quickly and accurately and explained what he was doing as I asked. 4. Fetched the needed part and returned promptly. 5. Repair worked. 6. Sensed honest, straightforward dealing.

Quick turnaround and job well done.

They scheduled me in fast and service was excellent because they were able to remove a clog to my furnace. Another company said it was ruined and needed replacing and AireServ identified what was wrong with it right away and fixed it.

Overall pleased with their service. Wish it had been cheaper but who doesn't. The tech was presented with a homeowner installed system done to industry standard and code, and willingly diagnosed and recognized the issues. Repairs successfully applied. The only reason for not giving a full 5 star review is because the tech failed to recognize a missing wire connection in the thermostat and even that barely deserves a 1/2 star demotion as he had the system working correctly upon completion.

They were great but expensive

Distinctly felt like a "mark" as opposed to a customer. High-pressure sales pitch one after the next. Technicians were fine, late, but fine. Installed $25.00 thermostat and charged me $408.00.......I repeat $408.00, AND, if you can believe this, after $408.00, I discover that their NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER are engraved on the front. So I get to advertise for them as well. I purchased a replacement thermostat for $20.00 off eBay to replace the engraved name and number part. Unimpressed and feel cheated and abused.

I was very happy with the service. A little pricey but, after the last 3 years of paying for know nothing service. We would of saved money by hiring aire service first. I strongly recommend this company and the tech. that was sent.

My oil furnace was only heating one zone. The main house was 48 degrees. I called my oil delivery company -they only service gas (?). Then I tried a company recommended by a friend -they only take out of hours calls from existing customers. I couldn't find a reputable well rated company searching the web. I tried HomeAdvisor and found two companies. Aire Serv had 4.5 star rating. I reached out. It was sunday. They responded quickly with an offer to come out that day. I didn't get the message through HomeAdvisor until a few hours later by which time it was too late. The owner, Harvey, offered to talk me through manually opening the zone valve. We texted, I sent pics, he guided me over the course of a few hours. With his expert guidance I was able to find the problem and fix it. Very helpful. Great service. Really committed to getting my heat back on in the middle of below zero temps. I cannot thank you enough Harvey! It was below zero again last night. And we had heat With gratitude.

Serviceman was very friendly and efficient. He identified the problems and quickly made repairs. Very good corporate representative.

Rate is too high and product was too expensive.

excellent communications with customer and excellent job of keeping appointments when promised. Very pleasant, diligent and earnest technician. My one issue is that their fees are just too high. They charge a high minimum just to show up, and then if they do work, there is no "blending" or credit given in the fee for service. Thus, you pay a high amount just for them to show up whether they do anything or not, then a minimum service fee that is relatively high. If you have a problem that is easy for them to solve and doesn't require any components o0r materials or time, you still end up paying more than $300 for them to address your small problem. In all other respects, they are great, but they are not a good value.

The tech called 10 minutes before he showed up. and when he found anything wrong he made sure to show me and give me a reason why it happened. great service and very polite.

I hired them to service my Monitor 41 heater. Mac was right on time, explained what he did (which was more extensive than my old service company did). He answered questions regarding this unit and options for alternatives should we decide to upgrade. He was polite & professional, but in a friendly manner. I would call Aire Serv again
