Aces Highlands HVAC/Plumbing

This team was called in by my property management company for where I rent. Elijah and his team were professional, clear speaking. Good communicators gave me the real deal. Didn't give any runaround. I trust them and want to use them for my own handyman business.

I've had three HVAC issues over the past two years. Each time I call, Elija or the office picks up the phone, and my problem is fixed in 24 hrs. Their solutions always feel correct and honest. I cannot recommend them more.

We highly reccomend Highlands Heating & AC. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and do great work. Our boiler stopped working and Elijah was quick to respond after hours on a Friday. He installed a new boiler and heat pump hot water heater for us to get us back up and running ASAP. I feel so fortunate that I found Elijah from Highlands Heating & AC! My boiler kicked off yesterday. I called Highlands Heating & A.C. first thing this morning because of how great all the reviews were. I will only use them from now on! I am so grateful for how quickly he came out here and I am so thankful that he wanted to save us as much money as he could! He is obviously a master of his craft and he’s also a good guy! Our gas boiler stopped working on a late Friday night when outside temp was freezing cold at single digits. Elijah was the first one responding to our emergency calls! He promised to stop by before 2 am that night and he did. He was able to reactivate the boiler so we were fear-free that night. He made 2nd trip to replace the pump. Professional, friendly, and hardworking person, strongly recommended!!

Elijah was the only person who answered on a Sunday (on his birthday), he was able to get over to our place, source a part and then get our heat pumps back up and running within a day. He answered the phone as the owner of the company, which was a relief after several calls to receptionists that went unreturned. I’m very happy with his service.

We had a furnace go out a few days before a stretch of single digit days were upon us. Elijah showed up the first time and he kept showing up on time, as promised, every time. He installed a new furnace for 1/2 the cost of other providers we looked at and we couldn’t be happier. This man and his team are the HVAC company we will use for as long as they will have us as customers. Good work guys.

First time I met the owner of this company He was very friendly I had a issue with my A/C system and when he showed up he gave me a honest explanation on why I shouldn’t recharge my unit and what he suggested I do made much more sense He really took care of everything He is very professional always called me with updates and provided solutions to problems that came up When I was having trouble with my A/C unit he did not hesitate and came out to look at it and fix it Just recently I had my tank Less water heater falling and I couldn’t not get the company that installed it to come out to my location until 10 days after I called them so I called highland and he came out and looked at it and gave me a better option but before that he managed to fix my back up water heater so I could have hot water for the night and next day I truly recommend this company 5 stars is not enough I give this company 10 stars

I can’t say enough about how Elijah has gone over and above the call of duty to help our family with a very urgent situation. I called him and even though he was booked solid, he still told us he would try to help us out. We were in a real time crunch with days of needing a job done. Elijah ran down the next day to the house, accessed what needed to be done and said he would help us out! We are so appreciative of how caring and compassionate he was! No paperwork... no change for cash repair...still waiting for a receipt4 days laater. Repair was somewhat unsatisfactory. I had to finish the repair myself as repairman lacked experience or care to properly install flush mechanism.

I recently discovered a pin-hole leak in a copper pipe in my basement, and what started as a small drip quickly turned into a stressful situation. I reached out to Aces Plumbing, and from the very first interaction, I knew I had made the right call. Their customer service team was polite, patient, and reassuring, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out quickly. When the plumber arrived, he showed up exactly on time, fully prepared, and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to inspect the area thoroughly, explain what was causing the leak, and walk me through the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism, attention to detail, and confidence were obvious from the start.

The work was done professionally. The technician showed up when he said he would and finished the job in a very timely manner. He was also friendly and polite. I am already going to schedule this company for more work in a couple of weeks.
