⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with KLM for routine maintenance on our HVAC. The technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. Everything was handled efficiently, and they made sure our system was running smoothly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. We’ll definitely continue using them for future HVAC needs and highly recommend their services.

They are good about showing up when they say they will. A couple of times we've had a air conditioner or heater go out in the middle of the night and they'll come first thing in the morning. They are prompt and reliable. They are reasonable and comparable to the rest of the market. We have a long term contract with them.

Wonderful. From the beginning to the end they were thorough and knew what they were doing. And they were clean and cleaned up after themselves after the work.

Misdiagnosis for repair, unit not salvageable, replaced with new unit.

Mr. Jeff Hill on day of the installation came by and ensured the crew knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The crew was able to install a new attic exhaust fan, remove and replace faulty air conditioning system with a new heat pump. Rework the basement ductwork to accomodate a new filtration system and the new evaportator box. The not only required an exhaust fan installation but a new airflow diverter box and all new leads serving the upstairs airflow supply registers. They also insulated our attic access panel with styrofoam to ensure that we would keep the hot air where it belonged. Our system before and afterwards was a complete 180. <br /> We couldn't have been any more impresed with the entire experience. If you're looking for a shotty installation and poor service look elsewhere. This company is a GOLD standard of professionalism and experience. Thanks again for a wonderful job! <br />

I think they are honest and they do a good job. The techs seem to know what they are doing.

They are friendly, professional, punctual, and concise. They do everything they are supposed to do. <br /> In the past they replaced my A/C with a heat pump. The installers were very thorough, tested all the new equipment to make sure everything worked just right. They clean up after the work is complete, and trained me on the new thermostat. Several of my friends use this company because they are very honest.

They finished the job in the timeframe they quoted as well as the estimate. They were very professional.

They were really good. As far as talking to them on the phone with the initial contact they were very courteous and professional. They called me back. One of them came out and did a on-site examination and he was also courteous and accommodating as far as scheduling was concerned. They gave me different recommendations as far as various options and gave me the pros and cons of each. I will this provider in the future.

They also came out in the fall season. They did winter check a week before the winter. We spent $120 for the two visits for that particular service. They seemed to know as to what they were doing. They gave us some helpful information. We did not price the others but their price was probably about average. They were a little bit late than what they had said. They were an hour or so behind the initial estimate but they told us when they would come when we called them. It would have been a very inconvenient if we had not been home. We would probably use them again in the future.

Overall, the job went great. I thought the price was reasonable. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up his mess after he was finished. He was very nice. I didn't feel that they were trying to take advantage of me. I would use them again in the future.

They charged me an additional $7,000, which I refused to pay until they gave me a breakdown of parts and labor. If you added the value of the units up, to replace them all would be around $2,000. Two of the units were replaced free under warranty. They charged me by the hour over a three month timespan. I refused to pay them the additional $7000, on top of the $5000 I already paid until they gave me an itemized breakdown of labor and materials. They never responded, and 60 days later I got a letter from their attorney stating they had put a mechanics lean on my residence. I tried to contact the company's attorney--who never returned my inquiry. I also tried to contact the president of the company, and he too never contacted me to resolve the issue.

They were excellent. I called and scheduled. The guy came out the next day. He didn't have parts on hand and had to go back to the shop to get them. It was a specialty part because I have an older furnace. He came back, he installed it, and everything worked. I don't remember his name, but he was very professional. I had already taken it apart when he came in. He looked at it and agreed with me on what was wrong with it. He was back an hour or so later from the shop, installed it, and checked everything out. It worked great. The price was reasonable compared to anybody else. I called four other places and they were all the same price.

I told the salesman what system I wanted (just efficient enough to qualify for the $1500 tax credit), and unlike others, he did not try to push me into a higher priced model. He promised me that his crew would be here between 8 and 8:30 and that it would be a full day job. They arrived promptly at 8:15. The 2-man crew did a fantastic job, working until almost 9 PM to get the entire job completed, plus even answer a couple of my questions afterwards. Their work was very professional, they cleaned up the whole area when the job was done, and the system works well. We are very pleased.

I think that they did an excellent job and I am quite pleased. Everything went very well with the service and I have no complaints at this time. They showed up as scheduled and they did their work accordingly. Nothing could have been better. It was quite a while ago and I do not remember what I paid for it. However, I do feel that it was worth it from what I can remember.
