I had maintenance done on my system prior to a winter storm. Andrew did a fantastic job. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything he did in great detail. I highly recommend this company.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by All-Air Systems. Our new geothermal furnace/ac is working great. Our electric usage has only been above 40KWh for 6 days in the last 6 weeks with temperatures going down to single digits and highs in the teens. During this time we also have contractors working on the so the doors were open many many times, with the doors even being left open for long periods of time. On the highest usage day we used 47.33KWh for a cost to us of $5.68 for 24 hours. Andrew also set us up with someone to assist with receiving energy credits from the government and selling our Renewable Energy Credits on the open market. Andrew was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the whole installation process.

Extremely good experience with All-Air Systems. My AC went out in the afternoon and I was having trouble scheduling my normal HVAC company/technician. Called All-Air and they were able to schedule me for first thing the following morning. They communicated very well, with appointment reminders, a text when the technician was on his way to the house, and throughout the repair process. They were able to get my parts covered under warranty and their service rates were very reasonable (with no overtime or quick response charges). They located parts and had my AC running same day. Their payment system was easy to use, did not charge a fee for credit card use and provided me with documentation of work completed including photos of new parts. They also found that the installing contractor of my system had not registered my HVAC system with the manufacturer for warranty. Would highly recommend All-Air Systems. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, respectful and take Pride in their work.

All-Air Systems was wonderful to work with. The process for scheduling an initial service and follow-up was organized and efficient. The notes provided after each service were comprehensive and understandable. The price was much lower than a quote we received from a large HVAC corporation. I would highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend All-Air systems! They were very easy to work with…able to fit me in in a timely manner, the emails and text reminders about my appointment and billing were simple/easy to use and I appreciated the texts letting me know Andrew was on his way to my home with an arrival time and a photo of him so I knew whom to expect. Andrew was very pleasant and professional!!! Prices were reasonable too!

We had All-Air Systems install our Oil Boiler for our home heating and we are so happy with their service! Andrew and James were the most knowledgeable and nicest mechanics I have ever had at my house. They went above and beyond with explaining how things worked with the new system. Very professional and nice! Very clean work! I would definitely recommend this company! They will be my go to company for all my boiler needs from now on! Thank you Andrew and James!!!

My heat pump stopped working. After calling three HVAC contractors with lead times of three weeks, 6 days, and 2 days, since it was very hot outside, I called All-Air, who was recommended by a friend, and they came the next morning. James was the technician, who was very professional and nice. My heat pump needed a new capacitor. He went to get the part and came back in 30 minutes to replace. Price was very reasonable. Only charged me an hour labor, even though he could have rightfully charged me 1.5 hours. Highly recommended.

I had an air purifier installed by Andrew and one of his co-workers. From the time I received the estimate and decided to get the work done it was less than a week and the system was installed. Though I provided pictures of the HVAC system in my house, the owner still came over to ensure the right product was ordered. Again a great experience with estimate, installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend reaching out to All-Air Systems for your heating and cooling upgrades, fixes and new installs. I absolutely did not get a discount or free installation for writing this review, they’re just that good.

Great service, and was able to come out same day due to having a tech available for an AC tune-up. Our thermostat wasn't working on the AC as well and they got that fixed without any issue. Great value will definitely use again.

All-Air systems came by to give me a second opinion about my HVAC system. James was very thorough and their overall approach way thoughtful and considerate of my budget. They actually fix things instead of selling or upselling.

All-Air Systems has been awesome for us. We have in floor heating and Jeff was able to figure out the problem, fix it, and make recommendations. The main office has been responsive to my emails and communicates to let me know when parts are available and when installation is going to occur. I'm hoping I don't require any more repairs but if so, I'll be contacting All-Air.

In my search for a repair to my existing AC system I came across All-Air Systems. I spoke directly with the owner Andrew who was beyond helpful. He ran through all my options and gave me great insight. After taking all of his input I decided to go with them for a full AC replacement. Their team came in and installed a brand new system in a day. They were professional, helpful and kind. They were also extremely responsive. In this day and age to find a contractor who cares and is responsive is extremely difficult. They met and exceeded my expectations. Great owner and great team.

We had an issue with our mini split system that came at the worst time (holiday weekend with oppressive heat). Andrew came out to our place to diagnose the issue and fixed it within an hour. He also did the original inspection when we bought our house. He's thorough (provided a report on the issue and the fix) and friendly. We'll only ever call him to do HVAC work for us. I've been working with the company for more than a year and every time I have an emergency they are super responsive. They explain with greater detail the type of issues and job performed. Everyone, from Jenn at the front office to Taylor, the technician that has been working with me are great!! super client oriented and responsive. I definitely recommend them!!!

All Air Systems provides honest, hardworking, experienced staff that has the work ethic, expertise, integrity and great customer communication skills that made my new HVAC installation a pleasure ! During the recent heat wave my 25 year old HVAC system completely conked out ! Even my dog was uncomfortable ! Andrew Knicely the manager/owner of All-Air Systems procured an affordable HVAC system quickly, despite a high demand for Service ! The installation was impressive ! Timely, efficient, honest advice with attention to detail and quality ! The best HVAC Service in the DelMarVa or USA, hands down ! Highly recommended to all ! Now we are completely "COOL'" customers for sure !

All - Air Systems did send a technician to my residence on short notice for a water heater repair, which is the only positive that I can add to this experience. The dispatcher stated that technician would be at my residence within the hour, which turned out to be closer to 2 hours - go figure. Technician, obviously inexperienced and inept, after being at my residence for over an hour contacted another technician to work on the water heater in an effort to get the pilot light ignited. The 2nd technician was able to get the pilot light ignited only for it to go out less than 24 hours later and a $250.- bill. Estimate to repair was another $350.-. The initial technician along with the 2nd technician should have just stated that the pilot assembly needed to be replaced to begin with and not have the office try to gouge me for more money. When I spoke with the customer service agent about some sort of adjustment to the initial bill if I proceeded to have the installation done, they would not make any concessions. I was told that the service manager wouldn't allow it. I don't recommend this company and if you decide to use them be sure to have some understanding of what needs to be done and what you are going to be charged. Nic B.

We have a very old furnace and All Air Systems came out and gave us a quick fix to give us heat until they could come back with the part. The tech- Mike was awesome. I am going to use them in the future as well. Thanks again All Air Systems and Mike! Happy Customer Lois Windsor
