Fixed Right & Guaranteed

I’ve been using Fixed Right and Guaranteed for a few years now. I just moved to another part of the county and needed ducts cleaned and a unit check up. Mitchell and Rob showed up on time, were respectful of my property, were professional and friendly, and overall did a great job! This company continues to reassure me that my loyalty is well-placed. Later this afternoon, Will came over to do a regular maintenance. He was very thorough, showed me via an app on his phone how my unit was functioning, and gave me his recommendations. Though he seems young, he was quite knowledgeable! Very pleased with the services I received today. I also want to give a shout-out to the people who answer the phones for the company. I’ve never had a bad experience, after more than five years using this company. They have a really great team. **************** I’m writing this several days since my previous post. During the servicing of the old unit (which I knew was on its last leg), Will showed me where my system was failing and why, then had Denny, the resident HVAC expert with 40’years’ experience, come over to talk to me about options for replacement. I value efficiency, and have multiple allergies, so I opted for the high-end Amana inversion system with the special anti-allergen accessory. It was expensive, and I worried if I’d made a good decision. (Read on!) Wyatt and Jayden showed up exactly on time to start replacing the unit (inside and out) and the thermostat. Some duct work needed to be done to increase airflow, and Josh came in to work on the ducts. I stayed out of their way, and they worked diligently to get the job done. I could hear them interacting, and could tell they were happy employees. Towards the end of the long day, Jason arrived to help. I met him while he was sweeping up my basement. Jason literally left my basement looking better than when they arrived! The previous homeowners had two big dogs and two cats. I cleaned the house and put out bowls of baking soda, but the smell lingered. Now with the new unit and the built-in UV light, the smell is gone! The outside unit is super quiet relative to the older style of units, and considerably smaller. The air blows out the side instead of the top. The Amana system is super high-tech and self adjusts to maintain the temperature—and the HUMIDITY! (You can see the humidity level on the thermostat.) I love that the air coming out of the vents is warm, as opposed to other heat pumps that I’ve had. I’m not having to grab a sweater because the house has a chill, only to take it off an hour later when the heat pump finally warms the house up. The Amana system keeps everything steady. The home is comfortable, and even the basement is no longer “dank.” I have zero regrets that I’ve invested a lot in this Amana unit. I’m retired and will be spending a lot of time in my home. I love feeling comfortable while knowing I’m not burning through a ton of electricity. NOTE: The thermostat display is always on. I have mine set to the lowest brightness, which is 50%. See the pics and keep it in mind if the thermostat will be in a bedroom.

This is a little long but it's “Well Worth” reading if you're thinking about hiring these contractors. The first thing I like to say is “Thank You” to the Service Tech: Mr. David Rowe! You were so kind, caring, and patient with my elderly mother. You truly cared about getting her heat back on. My mother’s heat pump stopped working last night and her house was cold which isn’t good due any of us but especially for the elderly . She called the company first thing this morning and to our surprise a Service Tech was at her door by the early afternoon. Mr. Rowe was outstanding! His first priority was to make sure my mother had heat and that she was ok. I wasn't able to be there so he suggested to FaceTime so I could hear while he explained to my mother what was wrong. When we asked him questions (and believe me we asked a lot) he took the time and explained step by step what the issues were. He explained the options on repairing the heat pump or purchasing a new one. My mother decided it would be best to purchase a new heat pump. Which will be installed quickly. One of the biggest reason she is purchasing from this company is because of their employee, Mr. Rowe. I believe that a company is only as successful as the employees they hire to do the work. And they knew what they doing when they hired Mr. Rowe. Mr Rowe said that he really likes working for this company and not only do they take good care of their customers they also take good care of their employees! After the unit installed and the job finished I will write another review One last thing I like to say and it’s from a daughter’s heart, Mr. Rowe, Thank You for treating my elderly mother with the respect and kindness that she deserves!

I needed some duct work to improve airflow. Will and his team were on time, professional and cleaned up everything. We had an excellent review of what I wanted and how it would be completed.

David Rowe from Fixed Right & Guaranteed Super Techs was a consummate professional from the moment he knocked on the door. He was extremely respectful of both the property and the equipment, and he took the time to clearly explain the what and why behind everything he did. As a new homeowner, I had plenty of questions about the HVAC system, and David answered every one with patience, transparency, and genuine enthusiasm for educating. It is clear he loves what he does. Thoroughness was David’s top priority. He never rushed at any point—even standing in the rain for 20 minutes while running diagnostics—making sure everything was done correctly. On top of his technical expertise, David was incredibly personable. It was a pleasure speaking with him not only about the work, but also about family and life in general. David is a true credit to Fixed Right, and this experience has made me confident in using them moving forward. Highly recommend!

David came out on Saturday for an emergency call. He was so nice, caring and patient. He explained everything to me so I could understand it. He solved my problem. He is one of the nicest repair man I've ever had. Fixed Right and Guaranteed is the best company to deal with. Everyone is super nice! I would not use anyone else.

During an ice storm and bitter cold, this company came through when we needed them most. Crystal was great and got us on the schedule quickly despite the weather. John was our tech and did an excellent job—he answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. He soon had our furnace up and running. Customer service from start to finish was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Jessica scheduled my tune up. She was very polite and responsive to my schedule and ensured I understood the service contract. Will was my service tech. He was on time, polite, professional and very experienced. He took the time to explain what he was doing, the potential cost and what I may have to be done to keep my unit working proficiently. I love this company. I promise you will too.

My furnace stopped working mid-winter. Not good. Having to replace the entire system sounded daunting and expensive, yet my options were limited. My technician, David, politely let me know what the problem was with the system and what my options were in terms of repair or replacement. He gave me an extraordinary amount of information, and guided me to the solution that was best for my family. I’m thankful for his expertise.

Fixed Right came out for our maintenance and as usual were amazing. All set for another year and had updates done that were needed to keep everything going. We recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

When I heard the early morning knock I opened my door to find Fixed Right and Guaranteed had invaded my court. We had 3 crews come at 7am to replace 2 complete units(1 inoperable /1barely operable) & rework some crazy placed ductwork with a goal to finish before the severe weather hit at 2. They were all courteous, explained everything well, and cleaned up nicely. Goal was achieved, done before severe weather hit! Price was good for so much work, solid equipment, and financing was easy. The next day Kenny and his crew, who were also here the day before for the install, came to clean our ducts. They were all friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

I had a great experience working with the Fixed Right & Guaranteed Super Tech Team as a new customer when we lost our home heating. Samantha was great to talk with initially for help and assistance.John came out to evaluate the heating system and components and provided his evaluation and recommendations for a replacement heating unit. Stephanie guided me through the process for setting up the installation and financing for a new furnace replacement. Wyatt and Jaeden provided outstanding on site service for the installation and operational training on how to use the system. Thanks for your help and support.

Wow! Called on the coldest, iciest day in 30 years and they arrived very fast, worked on my heat pump and emergency heat for over 4 hours. Dave and Ty were extraordinarily polite, explained things to me and gave me options along with their professional opinions. They stayed until I had heat! Thank you so much!

Cannot say enough about the team here. When you are customers you are family. Roy and Michelle care so deeply for the employees and thier community. Tyree was fantastic. Prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. Tyree handled the entire service with the utmost professionalism. I had zero intention of purchasing another club membership after previous bad encounters with other companies. However, after working with Tyree, it was an easy choice to sign up for the service. I appreciate him explaining each step, noticing and addressing concerns and answering any questions. I don’t think it would be possible for me to recommend these guys anymore.

Our heat went out on Saturday, 1/24/26 right before the snow was to come in. Called a little before noon. They had me scheduled for between 4-6pm. Arrived at 2pm. Got us up and running. Huge relief to have our heat fixed and house warm again before the snow came. Everyone I had contact with was fantastic. Would highly recommend their services.

Jake, the Service Manager, had to come out for a particular issue with my 5-year old system and he was extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he troubleshoot the issue but he took the time to get into the details behind why it occurred and how I could better maintain my system moving forward. It may not seem like much, but it went a long way. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in a heartbeat if they’ve got guys like Jake working for them.

Responsive and great customer service. Tried a few troubleshooting options over the phone before someone had to come out. John was very efficient and knowledgeable and helped us figure out what was wrong. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future

My first experience was a very pleasant one. I called and spoke with Jessica to request a service appointment. She took my information and listened to my general concerns with great professionalism and courtesy. She scheduled my appointment a few days ahead and called me back to let me know they actually had availability today! The techinician D’Warren arrived promptly as promised. He was also very professional and courteous when working with me. He completed and ran down what appeared to be a very thorough diagnosis of my HVAC issue and explained the technical aspects very cleanly in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He told me he would have to order a part and would send over a quote within the next day. Overall good experience. Even better if they can get my HVAC back up and running!

My heat went out right before leaving for Christmas break. Upon my return, Terrance promptly showed up at appointment time to replace the blower motor. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the system up-and-running perfectly. Terrance is a great technician. I am extremely happy with the customer service, professionalism, honesty, and quality that I have received from Fixed Right & Guaranteed.
