The compressor for my through-the-wall AC wouldn't come on so it was just blowing hot air. I was resigned to purchasing another AC unit but Fields suggested they send a tech first to see if it could be repaired. They sent one the same day and it was right before a holiday weekend! He was professional, knowledgeable and indeed repaired the unit perfectly and even readjusted its fit in the wall. Extraordinary service!

My parents owned a condo in Ocean City and used Fields as their go-to HVAC company. I ended up purchasing their condo a few years ago and continued using Fields, as needed. Today my tenants texted to let me know that our ac unit was leaking into the unit below. I called Fields (this is during the summer season) and within 1 hour they were on their way to look at and fix the problem. They have always been efficient and I would recommend them to anyone! I highly recommend Fields if you need to have your appliances repaired. Wonderful service from the entire team from my first phone call asking for help to the completed job. Scheduling and dispatch are efficient (thanks Bobby Jo), the repair team appears at your door when they say they will, they work quickly and cleanly, they know their stuff!, and are all very pleasant to deal with. Toby, who came over to diagnose the problem with my dryer and estimate the cost of the repair (and who then came back with a colleague after the parts came in, to do the job) is truly an expert at what he does. I was very impressed with my experience with Fields from start to finish and strongly recommend them.

The gentleman who fixed our washing machine was kind and very understanding. He did a wonderful job repairing our unit and I highly recommend this company.

We called Fields because our washer was leaking and me, being the "I can do it myself" person had already ordered the part that I thought would fix the problem. It did not fix the problem. But, Toby, our service tech steered us in the right direction. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why our washer was, not only leaking, but knocking and smelling like burning rubber from time to time. Toby was knowledgeable, patient (even with our Chocolate Lab trying to give him kisses while he worked) and honest. I highly recommend Fields for your appliance service needs.

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to stellar professionalism and courtesy by our service technician, Kyle. He took the time to thoroughly investigate what was going on and explain everything he was seeing and doing to solve our issue. The entire experience with Fields has exceeded our expectations. Best service, reliable, honest, prompt and professional. We ALWAYS call Fields when we have any issue with our system and they come out and repair whatever it is as quickly as possible. They even had to order a new part for our AC unit once, so they had it overnighted to them and installed it the very next morning. Highly recommend

Fields did an amazing job on our thru the wall AC replacement! Bobby Joe is so friendly and went above and beyond to help us get ac units installed between tenants!. They actually had units in stock!!!! Thank goodness because I couldn't find what I needed anywhere! Everyone was out of stock! Even Amazon couldn't get one to me for at least a week! They really saved the day!

The BEST service that I have ever had in OCMD! My family has been owned various rental properties in Ocean City for over 25 years and I have NEVER had service that was this exceptional. April was a friendly, efficient, and helpful dispatcher. Toby, the technician, was basically a gregarious fridge Jedi, who worked relentlessly to solve our problem and explained every aspect of the job in a clear and tangible way. He also gave us many great tips and tricks. Bobby Jo, who I believe is the owner, was exceptionally friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I have no words to fully express my gratitude for their persistence under difficult conditions or my admiration for their company culture and customer service. Well done!!!

After years of dealing with Fields and recommending them to friends and neighbors for our HVAC and appliance repair needs , when I really needed them for a new A/C in early July I was told by Stephanie they could not see me till the Fall. Felt like I was kicked in the teeth by Bobbi Jo Fields !! So much for loyalty on both ends !!!! It doesn’t exist with Fields. $$$$ First !!!

I was having issues with my microwave and refrigerator i Called fields heating and cooling. talked to a women named Bobbijo she was very enthusiastic,friendly and pleasant to talk with. Tobie and scott the techs who came out were extremely friendly and professional people. Very educational and informative on appliances and how to get the best quality and service life on your products I highly recommend them they have very good ratings for a reason. Would call again for many future appliance issues. Price is worth the service and saves the head ache. Trust me on this one from a do it yourself homeowner.

I'm new to the area, and have had nothing but problems with my HVAC unit since moving in. Summer cooling and now into the fall the heat failed. Fields diagnosed the problems and gave me options to repair it. Most companies of course want to sell you a whole new unit. I can't say enough about the techs, Kyle and Nate, very knowledgeable, hard working and just great guys. The office personnel communicated with me every step of the way about cost and scheduling. There were no surprises. Other companies could learn lessons from Fields. I am now a customer for life.

I have used Fields multiple times in Ocean City for a condo. From top to bottom amazing customer service. Their communication is on point and have been a pleasure to work with. The tech came out within the window given by dispatch..Toby was awesome actually allowed me into his space while he was working. As a service tech myself (retired) he impressed me with his customer service skills and his willingness to allow a customer to see what he was doing . When I called this company it was based on their great reviews. I called to get a refrigerator repair and the technician they sent was Matt. He was not only very punctual but was very friendly and knew his job very well. I was sure to get his business card before he left. I will be sure to call them back if we have any additional appliance repairs required. It is so hard to find contractors like this in Ocean City and I will be calling their company to service my AC in the future. I already passed their information over to our management company today. Trust me call them today!!!

I called Friday thinking it would be impossible to have someone out next day. Not only could they get someone out Saturday but the women who assisted me in setting it up were amazing! Called Saturday morning when they said they would, the guys were here right away and they finished the job quickly and professionally! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks you fields!

We had a new HVAC system installed in our Condo in Ocean City. The techs were very professional and knew what they were doing. They kept me informed along the way and showed up on time everyday. They also made suggestions on things we should address during the install. I would highly recommend Fields and we will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

On vacation in Ocean City and the AC went down in the rental. Property management sent Fields out. Service was great! Diagnosed problems and repaired quickly! Had the AC up and running great! Highly recommend this come!!

Exceptional service and knowledge. Our Bosch dishwasher lost power. An electrician came in before and told us the power was fine. Fields was able to check the dishwasher and identify an electrical issue that the electrician missed. Fields then wired up a new junction box. Dishwasher is back in action. Beyond the repair, they ran a full diagnostic of the dishwasher. Professional, courteous, responsive, prompt. Can't recommend them enough. Especially if you want to support a local business. 10/10.

Fields came out the day after I called about broke air conditioner. So that's only 24 hours from call to install new air conditioner. Can't beat that!
