At first, I was skeptical since the service was arranged through Choice Home Warranty, but I’m glad I went along with it. The technician arrived on time, wore protective foot coverings, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. They got approval right away and completed the repair efficiently. Excellent service and professionalism from start to finish!

This is the third work they did for me. They installed brand new ones twice for my renovation projects and recently fixed my ac which decided to stop working in a raging 95 degrees. Their service and price is consistently unbelievable. They are honest and on time.

Serviced my HVAC system at my home through my home warranty. they were very friendly even though the first time they misdiagnosed the problem. They immediately came back out to Red diagnose what the issue was identify the problem and came back and fixed it couple of weeks later. it could have been a little bit quicker with the turnaround time but they ultimately solved the problem

Addis HVAC is my go to for all my hvac needs. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. When my ac went out last year, they respond quickly and repair my system. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone.

We were assigned Addis HVAC through Choice Home Warranty. Received a call from Addis HVAC a day before the appointment checking if he could come that afternoon, of course I confirmed. About an hour past the time we confirmed, I called to check his status only for him to say he's not coming. When asked if he would be able to come on the scheduled date, he said he would not and that I'd need to call Choice to reschedule altogether. When your A/C breaks in 90 degree weather and the tech lifts your hopes by stating he could repair it a day early, only to be a no-call/no-show on that day AND the day he's scheduled to come, is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Will never do business with this company in the future.

Very pleased with the service. They contacted me right away as soon as they opened. They were able to stop by in the afternoon to evaluate the system issue. This was on a Saturday. They attempted to fix the issue. They realized there was one more piece they had to replace that they didn't have on them. They ordered on Tuesday, and came by on Wednesday and since then, system works great! So glad I don't have to replace the system. I also thought it was easy to get in touch with them. If they couldn't be reached by phone, they were easy to reach by text, and usually got back to you within 30 minutes. I'll be reaching out to them again if I have any issues.

This guy took the service charge of $85 from me and told me he will bring the parts but did not return and do not answer my phone again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They worked above and beyond with Choice Home Warranty (who was very difficult to work with) and made them realize the previous assessment was wrong and got the work authorized.

My air conditioning uni broke down during the heat wave (Wednesday, July 15th). I had no air for 4 days. Addis HVAC called me immediately after I requested service on Home Advisor (that was Thursday). The appointment was on a Friday, the price was right so we scheduled the installation to replace my HVAC system for Saturday. Adugna and his crew arrived promply Saturday morning, replaced my system and I had air by Saturday evening. Excellent service, the crew wore masks, gloves and foot coverings. I highly recommend this company.

Sorely disappointed. The guy, Abera, came out initially, although very late. He said that the reason I had water in my air handler pan is because of the brand name of the system. He never came back to fix the issue even though I called and texted and he said he would. He is unreliable and borderline incompetent. I had another company come out and they immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it properly, and on time. I would definitely not recommend this company..
