Mr. Hafle arrived on time, found the leak, and repaired it.  He was completely professional and cleaned up afterward.  I was completely satisfied with his service. <br />

He was great to work with, showed up on time, assessed the situation and charged a fair and reasonable price. <br /> The outside hose bib has badly corroded, so they had to access the inside of the house, turn off the water, cut in a new access panel, insert a new valve and install the hose bib on the outside of the house. <br /> It wasn't a straight forward replacement as the inside access points had been drywalled over, but the job was still completed in one afternoon and my leak was fixed! <br />

Our garbage disposal broke.  Mr. Hafle was at our house the next day.  <br /> He checked to see that the disposal could not be repaired.  He then <br /> brought one in off his truck and installed it.  He was in and our in <br /> about 45 minutes.  His price for the disposal was equivalent to Lowe's.  <br /> This is the third job Mr. Hafle has done for us.  He is very <br /> knowledgeable, very courteous, and does only the work that is needed at a <br /> great price., . <br />

Called him on a Thursday evening and he ran over to our house although he already had plans.  He knew his schedule on Friday was already booked and he didn't want us to have to wait till the following week or pay higher weekend rates to have him come onsite later.   He arrived within the hour, hooked up a couple of gauges to the outside unit and quickly determined it wasn't a matter of the unit needing coolant, it was that the unit itself was going bad.  He checked the age of the unit and recommended replacement rather than repair as the heat pump was already 15 years old.  My husband was out running an errand when he arrived, so he waited for him to return so he could show him what the gauges were indicating.  He took time reviewing other vendors in the area who could provide a replacement unit, as this is something he doesn't regularly do.  He was amazingly responsive and very professional.  I would use him again in a heartbeat. <br /> <br />

Tom came and looked at our furnace.  He told us it was probably a bearing and what it would cost.  It took him about 1 1/2 hours to find the bearing, come back with it, and replace it.  We have had other similar experiences with Tom.  He does a great job.
