Our first experience with J&J in our new home. We called early this morning when we woke to our home in the 40s. The previous owners left the companies stickers on our units and we are so grateful they did! First, the lovely lady on the phone was so kind and assured us they would get someone to us today, as well as updating us on our status throughout the day. Anthony C. showed up and got right to work. He was kind and patient, and took the time to make adjustments to our 18 year old furnace, and try several options to get us warmed up today. My new best friend, in fact did not leave our home til well after 8pm, and made sure our temperatures were rising to comfortable levels before he even got into billing with us. He also outlined some things we could do currently to maintain our system, options the company offers for estimates and further help, and hooked us up with a monthly program that keeps us functional and discounted todays visit. If it wouldn’t have been weird I would have hugged him. Our family is warm and cozy and owes Anthony and J&J our deepest thanks. We will absolutely be continuing our relationship with the company, and are so grateful for their help. Thank you guys!

We just bought a home and when we moved in there was a strong smell of mildew because of mildew and mold buildup in the mini-splits. Most people aren't aware of the care these systems require. We needed someone to come remediate fast and Johnson & Johnson sent a technician, Allan, out ASAP. He did a fantastic job and the whole place smells fresh and we can breathe deep. Very grateful.

Da'on did a wonderful job on my heating system tune-up. He explained everything clearly, cleaned the inside hvac unit, and even taped up the hvac panel that was allowing air to escape. (They test inside and outside units.) He was professional, thorough, courteous and truly went an extra distance to help us have a comfortable home. The best experience I have had with an hvac maintenance service. Also, they were available on short notice one week before Christmas. I really appreciated Johnson & Johnson fitting me into their schedule. Thank you Da'on!

Josh returned to our house for the fall checkup. He called before he came, arrived on time and did a thorough job. Very professional.

Of course, our central air conditioning went out during the hottest days of the year! I called J&J on Sunday evening and was surprised and very pleased to receive assurance that they could send somebody out the following morning. Will Reed arrived before noon and quickly diagnosed the problem. And he actually had the parts needed with him so that the work was completed in a little more than an hour. How great it was once the house started cooling down again! Thank you, J&J!

We had a great experience with Johnson&Johnson. Everything was expedient, in fact super fast. We recieved an estimates and all information for our decision making. The price quote was very good, and they processed Pepco rebate for us. The installtion of the dual heater and AC took 10 hours but was successfully completed in one day. All staff and admins were helpful, friendly and efficient. It’s been only two days since the installations, all systems work well. Thank you for your work!

We are pleased with the service we received. Anthony was very pleasant and did good work.

On time, fix the issue but is expensive to the maximum I understand paying for good service but to be ripped off is another story. I was going to have them look at my old system to get a new one but I don’t trust them now. Paying for good service and being rip off are two different things. If it was not for AC workers at my husband job.. we would have not know. Glad we didn’t ask for a new unit.

Jonathan Sherman was our technician and I was delighted to find he was an old friend of mine. The job went quickly and without any problems. Jonathan gave a good explanation of the system and made sure we knew how to get hold of him if we had problems.

We were very pleased to meet Dalton, and he did a great job answering our questions and putting us on twice a year review. We're hoping that will be good at keeping us from being surprised when we came home from a week with family in Florida and found our house cold and during some of our coldest weather. Dalton was very polite and patient with us.

Anthony, Connor, and Tyler did an outstanding job on our new heat pump installation. They explained what was going to happen and clarified anything they needed before starting, and then did an extremely clean install. Once it was done they made sure we were comfortable with the new system and thermostat and answered all of our questions. The work took a bit longer than their normal jobs since we had some extra wiring to do, and I'm sure they all wanted to get home at the end of the day, but they were nothing but patient until they were sure we were satisfied. Overall, this was the most thorough and professional home installation or service I've ever experienced.

Preston & Austin worked on our heat pump today. I had heard great things about this company and it is all true! They explained what we needed and all that they did! It was faster than I expected and we are very appreciative of the great service! Thank you!

Howards visit was awesome. Explained things like "if the power goes out" what the system will do and not to panic and what to watch for, etc... Glad that J&J does something like this to verify installs and make sure standards are being kept. Also tweek'd my wireless t/stat to get it to show outside temp like it should...... its the small things.

J&J has been fantastic. They came to the rescue almost 2 years ago when our system died and got us a new system quickly at a reasonable cost. We also had them come out later and add an air quality system. The guys the did the installations and that have come out to perform the regular maintenance every 6 months have been professional, friendly, and have done a great job! Preston came to do the most recent service and was fantastic!

Preston Barlow arrived on time and was very professional and capable in completing his work. Before he left he took the time to explain everything he did, update me on the status of my system and provide a list of suggested upgrades

The staff is always friendly and understanding. We had an issue with our unit and they were able to send someone right away to come out and help us. The technician's explained everything and were respectful and friendly. Great experience!

Dylan and Frank were awesome! They were so courteous and knowledgeable! They took time to explain everything they were looking at and even made recommendations for improvements that will make my system last much longer. I hope to work with both in the future!

I called and was able to be seen early the next day. The communication was excellent. I recieved a call to let me know the technician was one stop ahead as well as a text when he was on the way that included his name and photo. Dalton was very friendly and explained everything that was going on with my interior unit. He was honest about options for repair and was in favor of an efficient and cost effective repair. He also made sure I knew where to change the airfilter (I recently purchased the home) and recommended a brand. He didn't have to do this but I really appreciate that he did. I feel like Johnson & Johnson wants to make a lasting partnership with customers rather than take advantage and run. I will be contacting them for all of my heating and ac needs moving forward.

Dalton and J&J continue to take great care of us. He arrived on time, was very professional and thorough, and took the time to explain what he found and make solid recommendations to us. Highly recommended!

Da’on is a great maintenance technician. He’s thorough and communicates issues and basic maintenance very well. He’s the best technician we’ve had so far. We have a great system and the install went well. My only complaint is J&J tends to cancel maintenance calls frequently and the day of the appointment.

As usual, Paul and J&J took care of my issue with my thermostat. I am always happy with the service I received from J&J and recommend them to everyone I know. The best thing about Paul is that he took his time to see if there were other issues in the house that could be affecting the thermostat recycling. And of course there were some closed vents and some blocked vents and we are both sure that has something to do with the problem. Paul has been here three times and he's been patient and understanding and a great problem solver.. As are all the technicians from J&J they always take their time and make sure everything is right before they leave Thank you so much J &J and Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year to the entire staff.
