We couldn’t be happier with Forest Hill HVAC and our new Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat heat pump. We finally got rid of our inefficient oil furnace, and the difference has been incredible. Even with below-freezing temperatures over the past two weeks, our house is warmer and more comfortable than it’s ever been. The installation was professional, quick, and very clean. Drew clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. With the freezing temperatures we have had the last few weeks the unit had no trouble keeping us warm. Of course, that’s not what you want to hear when you first move in, so I decided to get a second opinion. I had Drew, recommended by a friend who’s used him for years, examine it as well. Long story short, he did an excellent job, explained everything clearly, and let me know that my system isn't faulty and could still last many more years. Drew at Forest Hill Heating & Air did an excellent job replacing my old AC unit and gas furnace. The old unit was close to 25 years old, it was loud, and finally started leaking. Failure was inevitable. I reached out to Drew and in no time at all he brought in the new equipment and had it all installed in one day. I am impressed with the new AC unit that he recommended and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

I reached out to Forest Hill Heating & Air with a request for a quote to diagnose a failed heating system. Drew responded quickly and came out the next day. We talked through my options and they sent two quotes. Considering the top of the line (Bosch& Mitsubishi) equipment they carry, their quotes were much better than their competitors so we agreed on an estimate and start date. About a week before the start date, I got a call saying that they had a cancellation and could move me up a week. I jumped on that opportunity and they started the job early. The job involved installing a new system, removing the old unit and coils, plus removing my old oil tank. Drew managed the draining of the oil tank and scrapping of the old system in the same day, with no issues.The quality of work was fantastic, I'm happy with the system they installed, and Drew did a great walk through of the new system at the end. 5/5 stars, will recommend to friends.

Wanted to replace an existing 40+ year old central air conditioner, boiler and indirect water heater with a high-efficiency tankless heater and high SEER heat pump. Contacted Drew, who came out same day to look at system and offer a solution. The quote looked reasonable so I went with it. Work started on time and finished in about a week, as expected. Quality of work is exceptional! System looks great and works well. Still getting used to how quiet and COLD the new heat pump is, compared to the old one! I contacted Forest Hill heating and air because my heat pump stopped working. I chose them because of the great reviews and recommendations on Google and Nextdoor. Drew came out right on time and promptly troubleshot the issue with my heat pump. He found that one of the wires coming from the thermostat had come loose at the heat pump. After the heat pump started back up he conducted test to ensure the system was running properly. I would highly recommend Forest Hill heating and air for any and all hvac system needs. Drew is a true professional who's honest and ensures complete customer satisfaction. I'll definitely contact Drew for any future HVAC system needs.

I was having issues with my Bosch heat pump and was doing some internet research about it. I came across a helpful comment Drew had left on a discussion thread. I thought I'd call him to see if he'd be willing to answer a couple of questions, and although I'm not even in his market, he was very willing to give me ideas on how to address the issue. In this day and age, I thought that was amazing. Talking to him, it was apparent that he's very knowledgeable, a true pro, who's passionate about his trade. I wish he served my area, because based on our conversation, I'd hire him in a heartbeat.
