I called this local business to request a quote for work I needed done on my split system heat pump. I was interested in finding a long term company to perform any work needed in the future as we just purchased a house in the area. Our HVAC system is still under warranty. This company as well as another HVAC company in Greensboro (Your Comfort) decided instead that they wanted to pretend to put my information in the system and tell me “their husbands were busy.” I suppose they don’t want customers who are knowledgeable about their systems so they can rip them off. Luckily we found an honest, reliable and respectful business in Hartly, DE who we will call going forward for all of our HVAC needs. I would skip on these folks and go to Dynamic Air. I was very impressed with the service that I received from Shorely Comfortable Air! Same day service, very professional and extremely nice. They addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions. They cleaned the coils and got my AC draining properly again. The house smells much better. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We receive service the same day and our issues are always resolved. We never have to have a return visit. Sam is our favorite technician. He explains issues in terms we can understand and is very thorough in troubleshooting problems. When our heat system went up we called Shorely Comfortable. JOEY EBLING and DUSTIN COLE did an awesome job taking out our old heater, and installing a new heater. Joey and Dustin were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Shorely Comfortable to all my family and friends.

I needed an entire AC and furnace replacement. Shorely was the only company that showed me all the options available and thoroughly explained the difference in performance. They did the job as promised on time with excellent workmanship. Very pleased I highly recommend them.

I cannot even tell you the professionalism of this company! I have used them for almost everything at my home and where I work - they constantly maintain our normal a/c and heating unit at home and our two ductless systems - they installed a whole new unit with all new ducts and vents at my workplace - they are always there when you call and if they cannot fix it or do it asap they send someone else out that can! The owners are wonderful people!!

My business is warmed by an ancient boiler, which would not light this year. Shorely sent 2 techs, both very knowledgeable and helpful. The switch had gone up and they fixed that and then discovered a dead bat hanging on the ignitor! I think they were there an hour and everything was back up and firing! Due to job being completed recommen Supervising the company why installing your system they installed my system great until my floors started leaking from AC drainThey did not properly glue do the half inch PvC pipe together Instead they put electrical tape on it Being that's gonna do nothing

We NEVER, EVER write reviews, EVER, but Jeremy from Complete Comfort did such an AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL job installing our interior/exterior A/C system that I had to share our experience! Super prompt service when we initially inquired, Jeremy came within an hour to see if he could help us. When he arrived, he placed clean booties over his shoes so as to keep our home clean, he spent lots of time investigating the situation and explaining exactly what was wrong and how he could remedy the problems. Cost was a HUGE CONCERN for us and although we received several quotes ranging between $5,500 and $8,000, Jeremy said he could complete the job quickly and professionally for a fraction of the other HVAC businesses. He was true to his word. He went so far as to come back 2 days after completing the job to give us the correct air filters and to make sure we were overly satisfied with his work. What put us over-the-top was what he did around the outside unit. Without prompting, Jeremy raised the unit, placed landscaping stones & brick around the perimeter of the unit and made it look as though a landscaper had decorated the area! My husband and I still can't believe it! If you require ANY heating or A/C service or repair, don't waste your time or money calling anyone else! We will forever be Complete Comfort customers! Jeremy is one of the most upbeat, personable, pleasant young man. He has a quiet confidence that is very reassuring today. He was one of several companies bidding on the replacement/install. He offered me a choice of a couple brands represents most regularly. As soon as I identified a different preferred brand, he left to get the right information for pricing. We negotiated a price I felt comfortable with, higher than some other bids, but well below the guys that were high. we set an install date. On that day he called early to let us know he was on his way. On install day, Jeremy and Joe worked with very little down time, offering to explain what they were doing at various stages of the install. When the work was done, Jeremy walked me through the equipment operation. They cleaned up afterwards and left my place in great shape. It would be nice to find more contractors that worked to this level of professionalism. Folks, talk to Jeremy if you need heating or cooling. He is worth your time, and money!

Jermey is a very pleasant young man. Price estimate was less than others. He showed me the problem and explained the fix. He was on time. and left the work area clean. I added him to my favorites for HVAC and water heater repairs.
