The professionals at Carroll mechanical were here today to install my new Goodman HVAC system. They were here yesterday to initially diagnose why I was having short cycling on my 25-year-old system. After realizing how much the cost was for a new motor, they recommended that the system be replaced and I agreed. They came in when they said they were gonna be here, did an amazing job installing the new system and disposing of the old system. After everything was installed, Diego did a walk-through and showed me how to install the new app on my phone so that I could control the new system remotely. I am so thoroughly satisfied with their work and would absolutely recommend Carroll mechanical.

I got quotes from a few different contractors. Carroll Mechanical’s was very competitive. It was the best value so I decided to go with them. The installers were prompt and did a fantastic job. The new system works great and they walked me through everything before they left. I have an ongoing maintenance so I know they will continue taking care of the new unit and making sure it works well. Overall, very happy with my choice.

Very efficient, on time and professional

My air conditioning stopped working last night. I called Carroll mech . They responded immediately and sent technician to the house few hours later. Jordan Scott was very professional. He checked the system carefully and fix the issue soon. Really appreciate the service!
