Complete Climate Services

I was referred to this company by Choice Home Warranty. I was highly disappointed. There were no employees that answers the phone daily. I called several times, and left messages in an attempt to make an appointment. After a few days, and following up with my warrant company, I finally received a call back with an apology. During the first appointment the contractor arrived at the end of the appointment time and stayed 10 minutes reporting he had to leave, and I needed a leak detection test. I spent 3 days trying to set up the next appointment (no answers on the phone again) for this test, and the contractor cancelled the appointment due to 1 inch of snow that fell during the morning hours. Thereafter, I actually did receive a phone call (I'm winning) from the administrative staff once again apologizing, and she scheduled a new appointment in 3 days on a Saturday. Well, Saturday came, and there was a "no show".. "no call" no apology. Three days later, I finally received my next apology phone call and the administrative employee wanted to schedule another appointment. I asked would I receive a discount due to all the cancellations, lack of response, and still not having heat in my home after 3 weeks of poor customer service and communication. The response was NO, we don't have discounts. This company has a lot of learning, growing, and professionalism needed in order to be successful. I actually didn't even think this was a real company after my experience. I don't even believe the 5.0 's I see on this website. I could not have been the only one to experience this horror. There is no way this was an isolated event. I'm still without heat, and in the process of calling other contractors. I'm very disappointed in Climate Control Systems. I probably would have "hung in there" if I was at least compensated for my misery, but to not even offer a customer a $10.00 discount really concerns me about this "so called business". Please be ware....

He is very good working with people with urgent requests. He has wonderful knowledge, always there when needed. Excellent quality of work, and he will look for the best cost and value for your money. I highly recommend him.

Prompt and on-time, a rarity in the service business. He was professional and helped us with our heating issues and ones that he couldn't, he walked us through all of the other options so we can be educated and be in a position to make the best choice. Highly recommend him and most likely use him for any future heating and cooling needs.
