Chris and his team are top notch. They are the best HVAC contractor that Iâ ve ever hired. ProTech is absolutely honest and recommends the appropriate service required. Chris is a great communicator and ProTech responds with unbelievable speed.

They were very quick to respond when my gas furnace stopped working. Chris is very good at explaining exactly what is wrong and how to go about fixing or diagnosing the problem. I have also had them work on my air conditioning system. Very fair pricing.

Mr. Mahoney responded quickly to my enquiry and was friendly and polite on arrival to discuss the HVAC issue. He immediately set about identifying the problem both inside and outside and was able to provide a solution . He made the necessary adjustments and replacements and the air conditioning is now functioning perfectly as before.

Very impressed with Pro-Tech HVAC Home! I put in an Angie s List request Sun eve since my AC wasn t working right. The texted me right away and scheduled a tech to come out the next morning from 9-11 am. I got a text about 15 min prior advising that a tech would be there ~9:30. Chris, who happens to be the owner, did an extremely thorough job in diagnosing the issues... and double checked his work by ruling all other possibilities out. You could tell right away he s a master of his trade! After going to get the part, by the time was all was said and done, my air was being conditioned by a little after noon! He was friendly, considerate of tracking dirt in, took pics/video (so I wouldn t have to crawl in the crawl space), and explained everything to me. He genuinely cares about his work and giving customers fair, quality work. Absolutely recommend this company.

Our A/C broke on a hot, Friday evening. They contacted us immediately when we reached out through HomeAdvisor, came the next day, and instead of trying to sell us things like a new A/C or even adding on the cleaning service, they did what was needed to get it up and going. They were friendly, prompt, texted on the way, and overall were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be using them again the next time we need A/C servicing.
