Work ethics were less than professional, and a three hour job for two men took three days. I have plumbing issues related to the work done, the 1st nite the pipes leaked. My water pressure has decreased. I asked for a detailed invoice showing Veteran's discount and cost of labor and materials. No response just an 1800.00 bill

They were all very professional, and courteous, and I would recommend them. In addition to installing the system, they went above and beyond in helping me have gas installed by National Grid.

In June my home central air started leaking, the unit is up in my attic the leak found its way to my bedroom below. I went on the internet searching for HVAC companies. I called the first company on the list, a place in Swampscott. The phone went to voice mail for me to leave a message. I hung up. I called the next company listed under the first one I called, the phone rang and was answered by Jose. I wasn’t expecting anyone to answer. I told Jose about my situation, and he was able to see me the next day, which was incidentally the hottest day of the season, isn’t that always the way? He told me I needed a new system, the system was installed the next day. I will be forever grateful to Jose, for picking up the phone and staying true to his word. His son Delvon and another young man named Daniel were friendly, professional, hard-working young men. Working up in a hot attic during our first heat wave of the summer. YestardayI called Cooling and Heating Solutions because I needed my NAVIEN heating system combination replaced. Jose Colon and his partner came by the same day gave me a reasonable price. They came the next day and did the job in short time. I'm really happy with the results. I'd happily recommend them. They did a great job.

We hired Jose to replace a very old oil furnace with a new gas furnace. He and his crew are top notch. I can’t recommend this company enough. Very reliable, fair pricing and just an overall extremely positive experience.

Jose was great! We had just moved in to a new house and had trouble with the heating system. Turns out there was an issue with the control board on the furnace and the sellers had contacted multiple other HVAC/Heating+Plumbing services to get the correct part for over a week until I had given up on that and handled myself. I called Jose and I am so glad I did! He came the same day as my original call (Friday) and got the correct part in a couple days and installed right away before any other service could even get the correct part. Heating system has been working flawlessly since then. He was very professional and knowledgeable... couldn't recommend him enough.

Honestly, great! I called them this morning concerned about my central AC and they were here within two hours, cleaned it and gave me a rundown and how to help circulate my air. Definitely doing work with them again! 10/10. Also, bilingual, super friendly

Lost heat and hot water the day before Christmas and unfortunately went through a different company (ARS to be exact). They not only broke more than they fixed, but walked off the job and a manager told me “we don’t have time for you lady this is taking too long”. Thank god for Jose. After a week of freezing our butts off, I called him and begged him to come help. Not only did he come same day but worked hours on end, day after day, dealing with the manufacturer of our tank to get us what was needed to be fixed. To top it off, he showed us small things we could do ourselves to save us money and time in the future as well. By far the best customer service and quality of any service we’ve used.

While I haven't had any work done yet, I am compelled to give a 5 star simply based on Jose's professionalism and patience. He was responsive, on time, and answered all my questions thoroughly and in a way I could understand without getting annoyed with me.

I've called Jose from Heating and cooling solutions to check my hvac unit that stop working completely and I was amazed with the response, after calling 2 hvac guys which i left couple of messages and got no response Jose from the company I've mentioned answered my phone call and show up 3 hours later and came back next morning to finish up the job so if you need hvac i strongly recommend Jose thanks jose thank you so much.
