I hired Taylor to improve the efficiency of one of my AC zones. The problem was somewhat nebulous but Taylor did not hesitate to do a careful initial investigation, explained clearly what he thought the problem was and recommended a remedy. He clearly explained the costs, was courteous around my house (wore disposable booties) and went above and beyond my expectations (stopped by on the weekend to check on cleaning progress) making sure that the problem was thoroughly solved. He emailed an invoice on the day the repair was finished and offered an all-electronic and easy payment method. I strongly recommend Taylor for any HVAC jobs and will definitely call him again with my HVAC problems.

Taylor was great! He was super fast and extremely knowledgeable about the thermostat.he set it up for me, â tayloredâ to my personal preferences, to fit my desire to cut back on energy usage.

Replaced my thermostat with a Smart thermostat, that he recommended on the same day my old thermostat failed. Explanations for the "why" of his recommendation, and how to operate very clear . Heat back on that day and and thermostat user friendly. Very pleased with thermostat and the service rendered.

He showed up,on time, but merely identified that I needed a new part. He was unable to source the part right away, and had to order it. He failed to contact me on the day the part was scheduled to arrive. When I called him, he said that the part had been damaged in shipment. On the day the reordered part was scheduled to arrive, I again had to call him. He said the part had arrived, but he couldn't get to me until the next day. On that day, he showed up on time and replaced the part, additionally identifying another part that had been working but was now broken. He had that part with him and replaced it too. Before he left, he ensured that the AC was working.

Taylor is professional, pleasant, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately for me ( and for him) after many hours, some new parts, and consultations with Mitsubishi, the mini-split was not able to be fixed. Because the AC was not able to be repaired I rated Work Quality as 4* instead of 5*, and only 3* for value for money. However that is not really Taylor's fault. I WISH THE SURVEY WOULD HAVE ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE THOSE ITEMS BLANK!

Taylor responded to my home advisor request right away. More importantly he came to my house on a Friday at 6pm as we were heading into the first 'scorcher' weekend of the summer. Had the parts, fixed in an hour and everything was up and running. Perfect.

They helped us and repair our AC on July 3rd, a day before July 4th holiday!

My A/C broke down on the 3rd of July, during a brutal heatwave. I called multiple companies and no one could see me until next week. I put in an inquiry at Home Advisor. Taylor Christie responded to my inquiry within 1/2 hour. He committed to coming that day and arrived about three hours later. He determined the problem and replaced the broken part in a matter of minutes. He was pleasant, personable and explained exactly what the problem was. I was pleased with how reasonable the cost was and I would recommend him to anyone who asked. I would definitely call him again.
