Today I called in a panic because my heater went out just before the Artic Blast was coming. Cole and Kaiden came over, got the part from their supply house and fixed it without any trouble. What a relief!! I’ve always relied on Moreau’s for all my heating and A/C needs, 20 years plus! I highly recommend their service to everyone!!

I have never written a review before, but I had to share my delightful experience with this outstanding company. First of all, the way I found out about Moreau's is that my step daughter called me., raving about them. Shortly thereafter, my A/C went out on a weekend. I had a service contract with another company, so I felt obliged to call them first, and so I did. I waited and waited and waited......., and nobody ever showed up, although they assured me that someone would be here. I was exasperated, but then I remembered Moreau's. It was a weekend, and I was not an existing customer, so I did not in any way think that my call would be a priority, but how wrong I was! I called and the answering service picked up and I gave them my information while I asked my husband to please get the window units out of the attic, so we would at least be able to be cool that night while sleeping. Well, to my surprise, we did not need those window units, as a delightful gentleman called me within minutes and assured me that someone would be out right away. When I told him that I was not expecting to be serviced so quickly, as I was not a regular customer, he informed me that all of their customers are a priority, from day one! Imagine my surprise when I later learned that this gentleman turned out to be Shane, the owner of the company. Shane sent someone out right away, who preceded to not only fix the problem, but he went through the house checking temperatures at every vent in my house to be sure it was right. Oh, and this amazing company did not charge me an arm and a leg either, this weekend service was a bargain, considering the excellent service that I received. Then, on that Monday, my step daughter received a beautiful gift basket that cost more than the weekend service fee I paid, thanking her for referring me to their company. That same day, my phone rang and it was the sweetest girl, Gina, who is their office manager, calling to be sure my A/C was working, and that all was well with my weekend service call. I told her not only was I beyond delighted, but that I wanted to tell the owner how happy I was. Imagine my delight, when within moments the owner called and it was Shane, the gentleman that had called me so quickly on Sat. Anyways, I was so impressed with him, once again, that I told him that I was cancelling my already paid for service contract with another reputable company, and signing up with them for service immediately. I told him that I felt like I was back in the olden days, when customers were valued and the job was done right the first time. I bought the service contract, and went on to tell him that I wanted Moreau's to replace my 25 year old upstairs unit, before it even went out. Why? It was simple, I knew that whatever work this company did, that they would stand behind their product 100 percent. Within moments, another extremely personable young man named Bill called me to set everything up, and he was so knowledgeable that I felt even more confident about this amazing company after speaking with him. As time passed, it turned out that we did have an issue or two, but guess what? Moreau's was here in a jiffy and everything was covered too, because they stand behind their product, period. Just like in the olden days. In case you can't tell, I am beyond impressed with this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!! They are a pleasure to deal with and also truly stand behind their work. I cannot say enough of how grateful I am to have found them! <br />

Shane & Billy did the install. They were very professional, and courteous. After installation they spent time with me ensuring that I understood how to operate my new system. Billy checked back with me several times after the installation to see if everything was working properly, and if I had any questions. If I have a question when I call them someone calls me back the same day. I can't say enough about their service and their product. I love my new system. Best investment I have ever made. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

They first came out on April 29th to provide me with a quote. I thought that I had only needed to have Freon added to the unit. They explained that because of the design of my house, they had to take out and reinstall all new duct work. It took almost a month later before they could come and complete the work, but they did let me know up front. They were wonderful when they were here. The two men who came out were great, friendly, and nice. However, they were unable to solve my problem. I have had to call them back out twice since the initial visit. It has cooled of my living room area. However, the bedrooms are still warmer than our living room area. My upstairs is extremely hot. The installation of the new vents was supposed to solve my problem and it has not. When I called them back out in July, they found that all of the equipment was not operating properly. They discovered that the system had a clogged plumbing line causing the system to shut off. I paid them for this repair as well and my house is still not cooling properly. I have had to buy a portable air conditioning unit for the upstairs. I am not happy with the work and I wish that someone would have followed up again. <br /> <br /> I met with Shane on September 3rd. He said there was a miscommunication. They came out and adjusted the air flow through the house. They have offered to put new duct work so they could get air conditioning flow into the upstairs. He has made an offer to assist me with the issues I had with him. <br /> <br /> <br />

I called them at 9 o'clock and they were actually willing to come out at 9 o'clock on a Saturday night but I told them just to come on the next morning. They came here Sunday. They're always there when I needed them. They're fairly priced. It's a family business. He didn't charge me any extra for that. They're always there available for you. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer their service 24/7.

Went very well, no complaints, no issues unresolved what so ever. Keep in mind house is 3100 square feet. electric bill down $170 per month; from $300 to $130 over last year.

<p>These guys started the morning on time. When they got to the site, they made sure that all of the material was there.</p> They did't spend alot of time running back and forth.They are very hard worker and they make sure that they PICK up behind themselves! I'm getting alittle ahead of myself, when Billy came he made sure that everything was explained to us. He took time to make sure that the unit we wanted was the right one for our home. We were treated very professional. I would DEFINITLY use and RECOMMEND this company to everyone.
