Do NOT use this company!!!! Called them to give me prices on two a/c systems that were down. Received an invoice for $210....but after calls to them NEVER HEARD BACK ON COST TO REPAIR OR TIME SCHEDULE TO REPAIR. I removed them from my contacts. I used another professional a/c company.

Awesome Personal, Professional, Extremely Knowledgable contractors!!! 5-PLUS stars!!! I had no problems or issues AND pricing was the MOST reasonable across the board!!! No reason to not shop locally. Adding personal modifications without ANY difficulties!!! As close to PERFECT as you can get. Worth the $ ANYWHERE in the BR or surrounding areas!!! Worth the peace of mind to have such great warranty service!!!

A colleague recommended Air Control out of Plaquemine to install the new HVAC system in my neighborhood clubhouse. These are one of the worst contractors I have worked with over the years and as a commercial GC that tells you something. They are unresponsive, show up to the job when ever they feel like it and leave after a few hours. They leave huge messes and never cleanup after themselves. A 4 day job has lasted 2 months. Avoid this HVAC contractor like the plague.

.They are honest with you and tells you what you need, they don't try to do something you don't need.  They will tell you where it stands and your options.  They are very responsive to calls.  They are professional and personable.  Something in the unit was down and they didn't have an extra one but they went into a new unit they had and took that part out to put in ours rather than waiting for the part to come in.  Then they put the new part in their unit.  I thought that was pretty good.

They are a local company and the owner's name is Schnebelen. They haven't billed us yet for the last service. They are just very dependable and come when you call. I don't really dislike anything about them. We have been using them for about 30 years. They are local and good people. They are friends of ours. They are reliable, honest, and do good quality work. The price is reasonable.

They are very professional.  We have had other people pull up and I did not know if I wanted to live in my house.    I had used ones before and I just needed a part and they ran the part out to me and I was going to do the work.  They were willing to do that.  They are good and they stand behind their work.  As for punctuality I called them and they were here the next day.  I would use them in the future.

ACS installed a new Bryant heat pump + furnace. The equipment is high quality and the team was knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to answer all my questions. They accommodated a change in scope on the day of install from just installing a heat pump to installing a furnace + heat pump combo. This set the team back a few hours for the last minute parts request, but they powered through a very long day and stayed until the job was finished. All customer service goes directly through the owner operator. Originally this seemed like a plus, but I think they would benefit from support staff. I needed to edit and downgrade this review after a few negative experiences. Some changes are related to issues noticed after the install. The unit was not secured to the pad outdoors and also was not attached to the house. Holes cut into the corner of the garage slab in order to pass through the lines were not patched, leaving a break in the envelope. Mark promised to follow up on both of these, but he did not send anyone out to take care of this. Mark also directly promised that our install would qualify for Energy Trust of Oregon incentives for $3000, when in fact it is clear after speaking directly with Energy Trust representatives that our install did not qualify for any amount of rebate. This promise was echoed throughout the quote and the install process. I believe that the lack of a support staff is causing some shortcutting or disorganization when it comes to managing some of these details - I would prefer to assume that ACS did not know the details of the incentive rather than that they purposefully deceived me, but I dont feel comfortable recommending them given these circumstances.

Mark & Crew went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased- even put us top of the list cuz we had no heat- recommend!!

They are really responsive! That is what won my bid. I had another company offer more for less, but they took forever to put in their bid and didn't ever get around to answering my questions. ACS was on top of it, gave me a free upgrade and, so far, has stood behind their work. Would recommend.

From the moment we contacted Air Control Systems, they were prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. Owner Mark came over right away and gave us an estimate, and then we were able to schedule the work within the following week. His team that did the actual work were very fantastic at keeping us informed throughout the project, and they were great to work with. Overall we would strongly recommend this company.

They were very professional and did an awesome job, the owner Mark was so good at explaining how this new furnace would handle all my needs and heat my house more efficiently and he was absolutely correct. His employees also were very professional and did a wonderful job on the removal of the old furnace and install of the new furnace and cleaned up everything thing I was impressed and will refer them to all my friends in the future .

Very friendly, took time to show me before and after pictures of the vents. I will definitely use them again.

I had waited a long time to get my vents cleaned and the guys who came were so nice, professional and thorough. I breathe easier knowing my vents are clean and my dryer vent is no longer a fire hazard! Thank you!!

Air control systems work on time explained their process and proceeded to work quickly and most of all cleanly they left no mess while doing a good job they tookPictures of the process showing me before and after I would recommend them two others

We had to have our heat pump replaced and contacted Mark who gave us top priority. Mark put in for a replacement unit with an updated thermostat and kept us informed as to when it would be delivered and he promised to make it a priority to get the unit replaced as soon as the new one had been delivered to him. He was in constant communications with his supplier to make sure that we got the first one available. Mark and his team were knowledgeable, personable, and cleaned up after themselves each step of the way. Mark did not leave until we were satisfied that the install was functioning properly and no issues. Mark did a follow up call with us to make sure all was working well and we had no issues. Mark is a man of his word we are happy with his work and will continue using Air Control Systems for our yearly inspection.

Mark and his team were wonderful to work with! They were very hard working, personable, and cleaned up after themselves each step of the way. Mark's quote for the install was fair and reasonable compared to two other quotes I received and the work was completed on time. Mark answered all my questions as the work was in progress and provided excellent advice. My neighbor was so impressed with the results and how great Mark and his team were to work with, they have also arranged to have central air installed by this company.

Mark and his guys replaced our furnace and also installed an AC system. They were all very professional, friendly and communication was outstanding. Would highly recommend them for this type of work!
