Called on a Saturday morning around 9am. Unit wasn’t cooling. They came out about 11am and got it fixed. Great service

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From day one, Hunter with North LA Heating & Cooling was hands-on and completely reliable. He’s polite, professional, and straight-up honest. If he couldn’t handle something personally, he always had a trusted contact or a quick workaround ready. I manage an apartment complex in Ruston, LA, and this past summer we had over 30 A/C units go down; sometimes multiple in a single day. Hunter never failed us. Even after hours, if he couldn’t get the part immediately, he made sure our residents were comfortable by bringing portable A/C units and always communicated directly on concerns or issues. That kind of care is rare. He takes stressful, chaotic situations (like no A/C in a 4-bedroom unit full of college kids in the middle of summer) and somehow makes them look easy. I’d recommend Hunter and his crew to anyone, better yet, everyone! They are dependable, honest, and just genuinely good people. You won’t find better service anywhere in North Louisiana.

Did a brand new mini split install in a couple hours in my new house. Him and his workers are always very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining to the customer of what’s going on in the installation and how to check for preventative maintenance on my unit. Hunter came out after work and assessed the damage and within minutes I had my quote and a game plan with no hidden fees or concerns. His installers were very professional and knowledgeable.
