<p>We have an 1100 square foot townhouse valued around 95K and Paul pitched 3 quotes.  One for 12K, one for 11K and one of 10K.  When we told him we wanted just a replacement of what we had before, his entire demeanor changed.  We received a quote for 6K and he couldn't pack up quickly enough.  After receiving 2 more quotes, my husband decided he wanted to go through Dave Broussard for the benefit of financing even though we received a quote on the same unit that was 1K cheaper from another company. All of a sudden Paul's promises of installation by the end of the week changed to unreturned calls, the finance office never returned our call after they approved us for the wrong amount and eventually we were absolutely disgusted with the fact that we were so mishandled after such personal service in the beginning.  </p> <p>Amazingly, after 3 weeks we received a call back from Paul towards the end of the month asking us what we decided to do about our unit replacement.  By this time we had already replaced the unit at a cost of $5000 and were satisfied with service form another company.  Paul acted so surprised that he dropped the ball and never called us back.  It was an obvious end of the month sales effort aimed in the wrong direction.  Not only will we not ever use this company, we have told all of our friends and employers about this experience.</p> <br />

Our ground connect AC in the attic leaked and flooded our first floor.  Dave Broussard used an existing unit for our upstairs loft which was too big and configured it to cool the bedroom zone on the first floor.  Also installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split ductless heat pump for our attic loft.  Everything works well. <br />

The problem was resolve quickly and very professionally.  I believe our onsite technician's name was Kalem.  He was knowledgeable in identifying the system and ensured we were taken care of.  I would definitely use Dave Broussard AC and Heating for the next time! <br />

They came in on time and were very professional. They replaced my indoor and outdoor <br />units with no problem. They cleaned up after themselves and explained every thing. <br />

I am very satisfied with the results.  The new AC works great and I am much more comfortable now than before with the old unit.  The Installer Team obviously planned the job before starting as the results showed not only reflected excellent workmanship but a professional installation.  The installation was finished and working the same day it was begun, so that night was very comfortable sleeping.  The clean up was complete. <br />

I had a new AC unit installed downstairs and a part replaced on upstairs unit. Everyone was very courteous and polite. Had a few cooling issues with the unit after installation and response time was quick when called until all issues resolved. <br />

From start to finish, the members of this organization performed very professionally, providing very detail information at the quotation stage, smooth process for the purchase agreement, and the crew performing the installation took extreme care to avoid collateral damage, especially for my hardwood floors, and did an outstanding installation of the system in the attic. I continue to use their maintenance service on a semi-annual basis. <br />

I have used them for years. They are excellent. The guy used to work for another heating company. Later, he went on his own. He does a really good job. I keep him busy. The last time I used his services, I spent $33,000. He is not a large company yet. So, his services are very personal. His business is going good now. His pricing is a little steep, though. I will use his services again in the future.
