Lane's A/C & Heating

In September 2017, I had surgery in New Orleans. On my way back home from the hospital, on a Saturday, my husband called to tell me that the AC was out. I called Lanes and by the time I got back to Houma, my AC was fixed and the guy was waiting in my driveway for the payment. Fast forward to September 2023, I saw a Facebook post/video about an HVAC giveaway that Lane's was hosting. My elderly parents have been living without an HVAC system and living with space heaters and window units that leak. I entered their story for their chance to receive this awesome blessing. In November, I received a call and email from Lanes saying that my parents were one of 5 that they chose to interview. I ended up being interviewed instead and I got to speak to the man behind this blessing. Lane told me he does this every year! What a great guy!! A few days later we received the call that my parents were selected for this blessing!! ???? So here we are January 15, coldest night of the season thus far, Lane's scheduled the install. Their hours that day was 10-5. These wonderful angels sent from God himself weren't willing to stop until my parents had heat! These beautiful people worked until 8PM making sure my parents had heat for the night!!! ???? These people have been nothing but a huge blessing to my family! I cannot thank these guys enough for all they have done for my family! They work quickly and make sure the job is done right! I also know of no other in the area that does what Lanes do every year!

Very professional, friendly, honest, thorough. Didn't feel like they were trying to do anything unnecessary, only what was absolutely required. Saved us a lot of money. The work they did has lengthened the life of our system. Another company wanted us to replace our whole system at a huge cost, but Lane's fixed our existing system so it will work for several more years. And it cost a small fraction of the cost of a new system. <br />
