Zee was recommended by an associate at the Gretna Home Depot. Since I was not happy with my previous HVAC guys, I took a chance and it turned out great. Zee came over with to fix my issue with a clogged A/C drain and it turned into much more. The home warranty company that installed the attic part of my system did a terrible job. As Zee found each issue, he invited me into the attic to not only explain it, but actually show me how it was incorrectly configured (or completely missed) and how he would fix it. The original issue of a clogged drain really wasn't the issue at all but the series of install issues from a few years ago. I was given choices during the repair process on both a cheaper fix and a more long-term fix. I went with quality. Finally, the price was far lower than I expected. I know HVAC repair guys aren't cheap but this was a quality repair at a reasonable price.

Mr. Zaky was very professional and exhibited exceptional customer service.He was able to come out on the same day to repair issues with my a/c and water heater. The cost was affordable. I will definitely use his services again.

12/13/25__ THIS CY; Zee?s AC &Heating? HORRIBLE! It started I literally had to push/ beg for an itemized written estimate. His on employees threw brand-new materials from his van onto floor of my garage causing damage to new equipment. His employees threw eaten lunch scraps in/on my lawn. Attic and a/c ducts finished being tosses as a concluded "mess", un-safe and angled for compressed air to flow much more difficult. He is not honoring his warranty promises return calls. He now hides very well for his convince.

Trust is so important when hiring a contractor. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but Zee Construction, Inc. delivered what they promised, expeditiously. My a/c when out end of the week, contacted Zee and had cold air by the following Monday! They replaced the outside condenser unit and attic evaporator coil unit. I had lots of questions which were thoroughly answered and given a choice of equipment to fit my budget and quality requirements. Zee is a smaller, relatively new company, so I had my reservations, but those fears disappeared as the project progressed. I dealt with the owner throughout and he did the installation along with his crew, very meticulous with his work and strived for perfection. He came by the day after installation to check refrigerant levels and the rest of the system for proper operation. He and his crew worked late so I would have a cool home in the sweltering heat. If you desire a very fair price and quality expeditious work, this is the one!
