Well I have to be the exception to the rule I guess . I will say they were on time and the unit is working. And I know things happen sometimes when your working. But my drain line came apart and dripping in the return for a little time after the install. I had mold all over inside the return. Maybe I should have found it sooner but you don’t expect us after you’ve had the whole unit replaced. And I am 74 years old with replacement knees and a bad foot. When I found the problem I cleaned and repaired the pipe . While re-gluing the pipe, I noticed that there was gaps on both sides of the unit and it was sucking air from inside the closet unit. Called Three Rivers the next morning. They sent a young man to check it . He put more glue on a already glued pipe. Put some tape on the sides of the unit and call it fixed. I asked him about all the mold . He told me that they did not do remediation work, and that I would have to get someone out to do that.After he left I saw what he had done and knew that was not going to work. So I called Three Rivers again the owner said he and one of his service people would come by and look at it . Well he didn’t come out he sent him service person out. He put a make shift pice of wood with some screws and called it fixed. I again asked about the mold , and was told the same thing as the other tech. And that’s was the end of it as far as Three Rivers was concerned. I have emailed Trane but was told that he is a independent service contractor, so nothing they could do. I have contacted the Better Business bureau and still nothing. I paid a license train dealer to come out and look at the unit. And give me eight assessment. Many things that should have been done. Including a separate box on the electrical. For the A/C and the heater . I have many pictures to go along with all this . It been almost a year now . I paid for a unit to be installed that I feel was done improperly. I am on a fixed income so I can only do what I can . This is one thing.

Three rivers technician came out and unclogged the drain. All went well. About three weeks later another leak but a different problem. Technician Dalton came out and found the problem and corrected it. I now have a contract with Three Rivers. Dalton comes out every spring and fall to check the unit. The office always makes a followup call the next day. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this company

Arrived on time. Work went smoothly. After work crew left, I realized they had installed an air conditioner for the outside unit, instead of a heat pump according to original agreement. Size and appearance of AC and heat pump units were similar, and model numbers differed by one digit. Called Three Rivers office next day and explained problem. They were apologetic, admitted error, and came back two days later to install correct unit. Work crew was very professional and took care of all my concerns. Overall a positive experience. I would use this company again.

They do it right the first time at a reasonable cost..... always on time....clean up after....polite, honest, and ethical....

Three rivers came out on time. They unstopped the drain. Unfortunately had to call them back as another problem occurred. They squeezed me in the very next day. It was the end of the day but I was kept updated as to the approximate arrival time. Dalton came out the second time He immediately diagnosed the problem. Fixed it in less than 30 min. Rechecked the drain. All in all a good experience. Office made follow up calls after both visits. I took out the maintenance package and they will be back in November to check the heater for the winter.

Calvin came over and gave us a quote after 2 other quotes from different AC companies. We chose Three Rivers, even though they weren't the least expensive quote, because Calvin had brochures, explained the Trane products and explained the SEER ratings and how big our units should be. We've only had the units for a few days but the difference in air quality and lower humidity inside was noticed within hours. The Trane units are quiet too. I haven't heard the units turn on once after initial turn on. Very glad we chose Three Rivers and will not use another AC company for any future needs.

Other company that gave an estimate told us there was no way we could mate a new 14 seer condenser with our existing 12 seer unit in the attic, (heat pump equipment) wanted to replace entire system for almost $8000.  Three Rivers came out, consulted with the manufacturer's rep and said that was not necessary and they would guarantee the condenser only replacement saving us almost $4000 and also not heedlessly throwing away 1/2 of a perfectly good system. <br />

Installers were very professional and courteous. Even though the job was rather messy they went out of there way to keep things clean. Showed up promptly and worked very efficiently. <br />

They come out in the spring time and fall time. We have used them for almost twenty-seven years. They are a very good company.

They are very good workers. They are very helpful. They always explain everything that is happening. If you call them with a question they would give you an answer. They will be our new ac people for ever.

They provide good service and come on time. They are competent and clean. My neighbor uses them too and he is an industrial arts professor.
