We’ve used Epperson for years. They are the BEST! Jesse and Chad recently worked on some plumbing issues. They were very fast, efficient and made sure we were happy with their work. Excellent service!

Ron was amazing. He worked on our water heater for days to figure out what was wrong with it. Call the warranty company stayed on the phone with them. He kept coming back till he figured out what was wrong with the water heater he is a great guy to do that.. most people would’ve just threw their hands up and said OK. You have to buy a new water heater.. Then the last day Ron was here He brought Shane And he was amazing too. Just don’t understand why they charge a $30 dispatch fee to call the people out to your house to work on whatever you need worked on. Hoeck just give me their phone number and I’ll call them and don’t have to pay the $30 and then on Top of that it’s $100 and some dollars an hour. that’s the only thing that got me. but overall, I gave them a five star.

Had to get a new thermostat installed the one I ordered from Amazon wasn't compatible. So we Called Epperson and within a couple hours a tech was here. Austin Corder who was friendly and Professional. He quickly had our unit up and running correctly again with the proper thermostat. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again should future issues arise.

Epperson has been out to my house 4 times in the last year. Always a great experience. Texting or phone calls is always a quick response . They answer all my questions. The last guy that came out was Lonnie. Great at answering questions, helpful, and honest!

They told me about the charges up front and thats what I paid. Technician was quick and didn't waste time. Its be a week or so and everything is working perfect. Thank you Lonnie Hall for being a good guy and coming out here quick to fix it.

We needed some electrical work done and called our first choice, Epperson. They sent out a great team, Nate and Troy, who were kind, courteous, and competent. Highly recommend this Dynamic Duo and Epperson.

My husband and I called epperson when we were having issues with our breaker box and several switches in our home. They responded the same day. Troy and Nate we're very professional, courteous and got the job done in a very quick manner. Very excellent customer service and knowledge within their field. I would recommend epperson to anyone.

I had my geothermal AC serviced by Jon Branscum and was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to answer questions. Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about my Waterfurnace unit. Went to pay my bill at office and met ladies Jordan and Betty. Both were courteous and knowledge. A pure delight to deal with. Some folks say Epperson is overpriced, and at first glance it would appear so. However, their efforts to assure professional service and willingness to stand behind their work with excellent staff takes the stress out of getting the job done and done right. Lonnie was great! He made sure I knew the cost being on a Sunday but I needed heat more than money. He was very proffesional and explained everthing I needed to do with the new thermostat and got the heat working. He even tested the emergency heat and told me about that because I was unaware that we had that feature. I really appreciate him and his helpfulness. I will continue to use Epperson’s in the future.

We recently purchased a home and needed the toilets resealed to the floor. Others wanted a fee just to show up (not towards a deposit) for a simple task that didn't need to be diagnosed. Epperson responded immediately and was able to send out two people the very next day! Jesse and Riley arrived on-time, were professional and completed all work quickly and efficiently! They even recommended better parts for us to replace things with. This will ensure a lasting quality that gives peace of mind for a long time to come. My wife was very happy with Jesse and Riley and the value they provided. You know what they say...Happy Wife, Happy Life!

I've been working with Epperson on updating my grandfather's home. The electrical team replaced the fuse box, electrical meter, and all the switches and outlets upstairs. They will soon be replacing the switches and outlets downstairs, as well as adding new fixtures. The HVAC team installed central heating and air conditioning upstairs. They will also be replacing the upstairs HVAC soon. I have been very pleased with their work and character. I highly recommend these guys. I've worked with numerous employees throughout this process, and I haven't had a bad experience, from the owners to the technicians and everyone in between. Justin from HVAC installed the heating and air unit and finished the ductwork, going above and beyond to ensure the job looked clean and professional. Buddy and James from the electrical team have spent a lot of time updating our electrical system. They also took extra care to make sure I was pleased with the work. This is an excellent company with many great people. You won't be disappointed.

Was pleased with how the tech Ron took care of the issue we were having with our shower. Wasn’t here no more than 35 minutes. Problem was fixed within an 1 1/2

The service technician (Jesse) did a very professional job at our house today. He was timely, courteous and thorough in his plumbing work. This was not a big job, but it was important to us. I would recommend Jesse and Epperson to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. RA

I appreciate Epperson so much! They’ve been servicing our older air conditioning units for our lakeside home since 2021 when we bought it. My husband passed away suddenly in January and Epperson has made it their mission to help me keep everything running smoothly- going beyond the “call of duty” to promptly address any problems or concerns with my units. Last week they worked me in to their already booked schedule to fix my water heater. Great company, great service, and knowledgeable technicians!

Lonnie Hall did a wonderful job. It was 76 in our house when we woke up & a little after lunch it is back to normal. He was kind & very efficient!

Called for an electrical issue in my home. Troy and Buddy came out to address my issue. They were prompt, professional, attentive and worked tirelessly to fix my problem. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They were transparent and honest about the issues and repairs. I would call again without hesitation and I would definitely recommend.

Anytime I have needed a service, Epperson always does an excellent job getting someone out to our house quickly. Their employees, from the ladies handling the phone calls to their service techs, are always kind and knowledgeable. They do great reliable work. They are our Go-To for any plumbing and HVAC issues.

Quentyn and Troy from Eppersons did a great job replacing my electric box inside and out. Answered all questions and concerns and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I had electricity before end of the business day. I really appreciate their hard work and concerns.

Giving one star only because the technician was wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff/ management. Edit: I received a call regarding my original review and concerns. The operating manager took them seriously and addressed the issues quickly. I have never experienced a company that values customer reviews so highly and actively works to make things right. I truly appreciate their accountability and initiative in correcting the situation.

Excellent customer service, the company responded same day as my call. Chad and Shane were expertly experienced in the performance of their job. The water line to my house was leaking and needed to be replaced, the work was done in 2 hours. Highly recommend these two gentlemen and their company!!

Amazing same day service! Troy and James arrived within minutes after calling me and made quick work of installing a light fixture in one of our bathrooms. Exceptional work, professional, courteous and friendly! We will ALWAYS call Epperson for our electrical needs! No exceptions!

Very pleased and impressed with response to our emergency with a burst water pipe that flooded 2 rooms. Jesse & Riley were prompt and professional in making all repairs. Also very personable and friendly.

Epperson was GREAT! We called for service on our kitchen sink and upstairs toilet .... both leaking ... ugh. Our service person arrived within an hour and had completed the tasks within the next hour. I will no longer attempt amateur plumbing. The professionals at Epperson's know what they are doing! Chad and Ron saved us from a horrible smell! They worked with us on scheduling and were determined to help us solve a mystery that another plumber was unable to find. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
