I want to stop and say how incredibly thankful I am for **A & D HVAC** and **Dillon Boone**. We have been blessed with outstanding customer service, and a team that truly works hard and fast when it matters most. It seems like anytime the weather decides to show herself, our HVAC has struggled these last couple of years. This past summer, during the hottest week of the year, our AC went out. Dillon and his team came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part, and even while it was on order, they kept us informed every step of the way and fixed it as fast as they possibly could. Fast forward to this week—the coldest week of the year, with inches of snow on the ground—and I kept smelling gas when the heat shut off. Dillon’s crew came out the very next morning and discovered our furnace had a crack. They were able to replace our furnace **the same day**. I am so thankful I trusted my gut and called when I did. Knowing they were able to take care of everything so quickly gave me such peace of mind. I cannot recommend **A & D HVAC** enough for any HVAC needs. Reliable, responsive, and truly caring people—you don’t find that often! 👏👏

Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with, new construction- they did not glue exhaust pipes in basement leaking co2 caused all the alarms to go off. Didn’t have heat until I called another company to fix after 3 month had to have a new furnace installed. Install was terrible, multiple problems too much to list. Owners ignored after call after call never came out. Definitely reporting to governing bodies

Boone and the entire A&D team have been lifesavers for us! We’ve used them for air conditioning work and just recently for an entire new hvac. They were so kind and helpful during a stressful time and did an excellent job with very fair quotes and so quickly. We won’t use anyone else!

A & D is some of the best I have had the pleasure of working with. I was a maintenance supervisor for a few apartment complexes. I had Dillion, Austin, and many of there team come out many times to do replacements and other work. They are always fast, friendly and perfessional. I call many others but A&D always bet out the other bids on price. There quality of work was amazing. So weather it's your own HVAC needs or you have an apartment complex. I would recommend reaching out to them first. Don't waste your time with the others out there.

I've been lucky with my A/C unit so far, but this week it finally happened and our system went down. I went into "review and reference" mode, asking around and getting recommendations. A&D HVAC came up several times. I called the original installer of my system first and they couldn't get to me until two days later, so strike them off the list. I called A&D next, spoke with Dillon, and he was able to schedule us for the same day. He was very prompt in responding and kept me updated throughout the morning along with and ETA, I even got updates when they were on the way. Austin was the one who came to fix my A/C. He was able to correctly diagnose and repair my system quickly, which made the family very happy after a hot night in the house! Both Austin and Dillon are very professional and willing to help. I think it speaks volumes when companies strive to assist when you need it most and on top of that, they keep you updated throughout the entire process. I will be calling A&D next time, and they are now first on our list!

Really appreciate the work Dillon at A&D HVAC did for me. Extremely knowledgeable about my problem and had the issue resolved very quickly. I would recommend A&D to any of my friends.

An employee of A and D Plumbing and Heating left a hole open in our foundation overnight during a multi-day job they were hired to do. We suffered flooding rain overnight along with its damaging consequences. The Owners of A and D Plumbing and Heating completed the plumbing job with apologies, acknowledging their mistake, but did not stand behind the damage they cost us - tens of thousands of dollars in remediation, repairs and reconstruction, and loss of quality use of our home for over a year. We would have had to sue them to recover our damages, at considerable inconvenience and expense. Work with people who stand behind their work, and live up to their word.

Dave, Andre and Chris were outstanding! They were extremely knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. They showed up on time and were finished all in the same day. Very friendly, courteous to me and actually repaired a few plumbing issues I had in the crawlspace and garage. Extremely reasonable rates. Planning on hiring again for additional plumbing work in my home.

David and his crew did an amazing job. I had a bit of a tough location situation in having my septic tank replaced, as I am on a lake and you can not get a crane into the area to put in a concrete tank. He was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. We had other issues that came to light as the tank was being replaced (broken line and electrical issue with pump for leach field) and he fixed them without issue. They had to go into my house to flip breakers, etc. and you would never even know someone was in there. They were very clean, conscious of my concerns and paid attention to detail. The end result was a much smaller digging area than I expected and a nice, neat job. I highly recommend them!

They called ahead. They showed up on time. Price was reasonable.

He came on time, at a reasonable price, and it was easy to set up the appointment. This sounds like a no-brainer, but it's not in my area. This is a very professional business.

For their knowledge and ability to quickly replace the leaking valves: 5.0. My lower marks were due to: 1) they showed up at 11:00 for our 9:00 am appointment. If they had just called me to let me know, I'd have rated them higher. I reached out to them after 30 minutes of waiting, only to learn THEN that they were running late, and 2) I thought the $130 service call charge and 15 minutes of work was a bit high. Delta had provided the replacement parts free of charge (thankfully), so this was for their labor. Perhaps this is the "going rate" and I'm just ignorant of what a usual and prevailing service call from plumbers is currently running. Other than this - I would still hire them for future work.
