The folks at Barnett's did a great job for us. Our new high efficiency system is saving us about $100 a month + or -. And they were the most affordable of the three estimates we got by $1500.

I am really impressed with this company. I can’t say enough good things about these people. I don’t think I could have gotten a better job anywhere else and the price was half what another company wanted. Really nice people good price and a very neat job.

Barnett’s is awesome! They have installed three systems in three different houses for us. Each time they have been kind, professional, and done an amazing job. Mike, Shawn, and the boys are amazing if you need a new system or just general maintenance, do not hesitate to give these guys a call!

We had been having Heat Pump issues, our heat pump struggled to cool and had a lack of cold air output. I did a google search, found Barrnet's Heating & Air and made a call. They were out the very next morning and servicing our heat pump. The gentleman was very professional, he kept me informed every step of the way, and took the time to answer questions. The pricing is very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to everyone (Stay Local) My Heat Pump has never worked so well. I am a VERY satisfied customer!!! I have used a few AC repair companies throughout the last 3 years. My unit has had issue keeping up with the heat for a while now. Last year it was manageable but this year it was not. It was 82 in my house a few days ago and there was no signs of that getting better. The last 2 techs who came out (I wont share the companies) said that my refrigerant levels were good and that I most likely had a faulty valve. Valve cost was high enough that they recommended a full unit replacement. At the time, my inside temp would spike to around 76 so I was ok with dealing with it. Well, this year It was worse. It was around 82 like I said. I decided to call Barnett's for another look just because I really wanted to see if another Tech would say the same thing. Mike took my call. I explained all the issues and the symptoms that I was seeing. I have a pretty clean unit as I try my best to maintain it well. Mike Scheduled my appointment and also took notes of my work schedule which was appreciated. His Technician Josh called me and ahead of time and I was able to drive out from work to meet him. Josh came out to inspect my unit. First thing, Josh was super friendly. That is much appreciated. Second thing, my unit is a little older and Josh knew a lot about the unit. He knew all the sounds and little nuances that come with this type of unit. He was able to tell me what most likely will go out later but he said if its something we can limp along for a bit that we should give it a shot. He had a special digital gauge that displayed a ton of information. The last 2 techs never used anything like that. I asked about it. He said on this particular unit you need something a bit more precise because the analog gauges wouldn't tell the whole story. It looked like my unit was 3 pounds low on Refrigerant. Keep in mind, 2 other techs had told me it was fine and well within range. My unit only holds 5 pounds. Also, you have to fill my unit up in a certain way since it is older. Josh knew all of this and was able to get my unit pressurized and locked into the correct values. Last night was the first night that my unit was operating like it should have in over 2 years. Now, while my unit may have other issues that Josh pointed out, he was kind of enough to give me a rough estimate on what it would cost to fix that issue or replace the unit. While these things are expensive, he was kind enough to say that whatever happens, he would try to limp the unit along for as long as we could. That is all a person can ask for really. I was really impressed with the friendliness of both Mike and Josh. Mike is running a business and this is the peak season for Cooling issues. I am sure he has tons of calls every day. But Mike took my call multiple times without question and that goes a long way. I also left a message one time and he called back as soon as it could. Which was just a few hours later. Mike also gave out his personal number just in case of an emergency situation. I have not known a owner / operator to do that in a long time. I know that everyone is going to have a different experience with each company that they choose to do business with. What I can say here is that if you do have an issue, I feel that Mike and his team will work hard to try and correct that issue for you without charging you for something you didn't need. Heating and Cooling work can be expensive. Please keep that in mind when you need a fix that isn't as simple as a capacitor or a fuse. And on an older system like mine, part availability isn't going to be easy. In closing, I am going to choose to do business with Mike and his team going forward. I did not get the same feeling from the other 2 companies that I contacted. They just did not leave me with the feeling that they could confidently address and fix my issues. Not only did Josh address my problem, he fixed the main issue that was causing my cooling failure. He also pointed out the other issues of the unit and gave me a good heads up on what could come later down the road. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about Barnett's! They do excellent work, are good at communication, and they guarantee their work. We had trouble with one of the components of what they installed (a factory problem) and they replaced it with no fuss and no charge.

They were friendly and professional they installed a new heat pump and saved me lots on my electric bill I will call them again and recommend them to anyone

Barnett's never fails! Mike and his team are always prompt and professional. They even came out to work on my a/c on Labor Day! With the heat we've had this summer, I'm sure they have been swamped. I got a service call scheduled the next day. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. He just as quickly fixed the problem. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism in dealing with it. I highly recommend Barnett's.

On time as stated from phone call the day before. However, still waiting on receipt. Don’t think techs should have to do service and also do responsible for collecting payment and doing receipts as well. They have a certain skill set and office administration isn’t it. Not at the prices we’re paying for said services. 5 star for work performed. 1 star for after service office administration work performed. Not techs fault however. You can do better! 7 hrs after service and still no receipt 🤷🏻‍♂️

Super happy with this company. I had another company through my warranty company install a brand new unit last summer, this summer it stopped. The Barnett team came out and diagnosed the problem the same day, advised us on the most cost effective way to fix the issue (going back through the previous company) and when the previous company refused, this team was able to order and replace the broken piece within a week.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend Barnett’s! I moved into a house with a 21 year old unit. I knew time was ticking on it but just after 2 months of use, it bit the dust. I called Barnett’s and they fixed the problem the same day. Then a week later, another problem arose (not related to the first) and I opted to replace the whole unit. They worked with me all within in that week to get the job done! Every employee I interacted with was very knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end. I am so glad I gave them a call! My new unit works excellent and it was well worth the money spent.

We had an excellent experience working with Barnetts. The technician's, Chris and Sean, were very thorough and explained the issues clearly. It turned out that we needed a new system and Mary in the office went above and beyond to help us through the financing process. Highly recommend this family owned business, we were very impressed and will continue to call them anytime we have a need.

Great service, exceptional product, best people. Barnett's gave us our 2nd estimate for replacement of our old failing AC unit. They included additional things the other company failed to mention, but didn't add cost because of it. Installation was very fast, very professional, and still very friendly. I'd be happy to have the whole crew come by any time... They are just good people. Every phone, email, and text interaction was productive and friendly. Honestly, it was like having my family come out and work on my house. I highly recommend Barnett's for any HVAC needs you have.

The best AC and Heat service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Probably one of the best businesses I have ever had any service from, period. They are very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Their team members are incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. They are affordable and competitively priced. You can't go wrong picking them for heating and air service. I have had service from them for many years now, and never once have I had a problem. They exceed expectations consistently and are fantastic service providers and great people.

We recently had a really great experience with Barnett’s! To our surprise we found a pretty significant leak in our crawlspace from an overflowing drip pan. I am so happy that I read the other reviews and decided to give them a call! The woman on the phone was very pleasant in collecting my information and assured me they could take care of our problem. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and had our air back on that evening! Chris was our service tech and was really friendly and professional. He quickly identified our problem (clogged condensation line) and resolved our issues. He was even able to install a device that will prevent our system from overflowing in the future. I would definitely recommend them for your cooling needs!

I have used Barnett's Heating and Cooling twice now and they have been great both times! This time, I called on a Sunday in a panic because my unit was leaking water all over my laundry room floor. They had someone out to me within two hours and had the issue fixed in about 30-45 minutes! Wonderful people and amazing service. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

I called Barnett's on a weekend and they arrived promptly. Mr. Barnett was very polite and courteous. He informed me that 2 parts needed to be ordered for my furnace. He assured me they would be ordered when he got back to the office, but warned me they wouldn't be in before Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This was during the extremely cold spell we were having with temperatures in the single digits. Approximately 16 days later, after numerous communications with Barnett's, the technician arrived to fix my furnace. He was also polite and courteous. He was there for about 15 minutes, replaced two fuses, and was gone. I was charged two service calls, the cost of the parts, and given a 15% discount for "having to reschedule my appointment." I think 16 days is an exorbitant amount of time to have to wait to have two fuses replaced and to be charged for two service calls when I was told the "parts" would be in within two business days. I was always courteous and never complained after numerous explanations as to why my parts were still not in. I'll leave the rest up to you, but I will not be using their services again.

I can't say enough good things about this business. They came out and gave me a solid quote. I ended up doing something totally different, but I would recommend them for your HVAC needs! They are very responsive, honest and will work out what you want.

Grateful for same-day, high quality, trustworthy and affordable services. Thankfully our issue was minor, however, they didn’t hesitate to spend time double checking the unit - even following up the next day. Can’t say enough good things about this company. They are the best!

We have used Barnett's for years and years. We recently got a new unit from them that was very reasonably priced. I am VERY PICKY about people entering our home, smoking, dirty shoes and all that. There were no issues. The employees were respectful, laid plastic down everywhere they were going to walk and there was a very minimal mess. I highly recommend you do business with this local, family owned and operated business.
