Excellent service! They came out within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise considering we are in a heat wave. The technician was very professional and worked quickly. After just a few minutes he had located and fixed our AC. By the time he came inside to tell us what was wrong, we already had cold air blowing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I've been a customer for many years and so are many of my family. Antonio is great at updates and communication. Today Chevy came out for a maintenance appointment and, in keeping with every experience I've had with Independence, did a great job! I think at various points over the years I've met all the techs. Good guys who explain what's needed and have gone above and beyond to keep my system running right.

They are always a pleasure to deal with. Antonio gave me updates and had to reschedule bc others were without a/c and we were just having ours serviced. Didn't mind at all. Very affordable. Chevy (sp?) was beyond amazing and as busy as they are, he made sure he did an amazing job. We highly recommend both for affordability and amazing customer service. My A/C unit froze. I called Independence Mechanical in the morning and they were able to come out the same afternoon and repair the unit during 90 degree weather. I will be forever grateful to Antonio and Jason. No sales and no pressure, very fair and honest company.

Had a great experience with Jason today. Called after our heating went out and they were able to have him out within hours. He was able to repair our system quickly and at a good price.

I purchased a complete system in 2016. Had a major problem this week “9 years” later and they honored their 10 year warranty without hesitation. What a great company and the staff is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Air Conditioning unit quit cooling. Repairman arrived in timely fashion. He quickly found the problem and replaced the old part. He took the time to explain what had occurred and showed me the old part that had to be replaced. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been using this Company since shortly after the Company was started and have never been dissatisfied with the personnel or their work.

I have been a longtime customer of Independence, mechanical (Hvac) on Monday. I called having problems with my air conditioning system and Antonio made an appointment with me today in between 8 AM and 12 noon. He then called today and basically said that they’ve had additional customersmore important than me and they don’t have time for me. They’re taking on too many customers and can’t keep up. I recommend Rusk Heating And Air Conditioning. i’m one of their new customers today and moving forward! Their statement below is a lie. I very specifically gave Antonio directions to stop calling the home number and call My cell phone he confirmed my cell phone is being corrected on Monday. He still has not called it. I did not call him back. He called my mother again. No matter now I found a professional company with professional service. For a whole lot cheaper!!! I recommend only doing business with them after giving everybody else a chance first. And neither phone number is caller ID has a call to the Listed before 10:30.

Today was the second time Independence Mechanical has come out. The first time we were having some issues with our system and they took such great care of us! I honestly feel like if it had been a bigger company, they could have nickle and dimed us. Independence Mechanical did not do this. They offered us to join their monthly (or annual) offer that covers seasonal checks of our system, a discount if something arises and needs fixed and allows us to be at the top of their list if something arises. I definitely forgot about calling them this season but they called me a couple of weeks ago to get a guy in! Chevy just left and he was so personable, polite and knowledgeable about our system. Highly recommend Chevy and Independence Mechanical as a whole!

We just had our furnace serviced by Independence Mechanical. Chevy, our service tech did a FANTASTIC job! He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave us tips on how to keep our unit running smoothly. We are very satisfied!

I have been using this company for service and repairs for years, at different homes I've owned. But last week was my first time to get a brand new furnace and AC unit installed. Stan is over new installations. He came out and gave me a quote. Explained my options of the different systems available to me. Stan was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in depth. I appreciated that very much. I chose the system I wanted, things were ordered, and installation date was set. The installation team arrived promptly and did a fantastic job!!! They taught me how to use my new high tech thermostat, and showed me different things about my new system. The whole experience of getting my new heating and AC system has been amazing! Incredible customer service. Chavy (pronounced Chevy) was on top of it! He was very informative, offered to put on the footies for my house, put in a new filter, coached me on the readings, so I knew where my levels sat, cleaned the air unit with the hose, and the whole time was positive and a pleasure to connect with. 5/5 People like Chavy are the reasons why I choose Independence Mechanical.
