One Choice Mechanical

They are fantastic, thorough, very customer oriented, and give excellent pricing. They give great deals for renewals and I would highly recommend them.

The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier.

It went very well

New AC unit in 2016 with recent problem being the third issue with unit since installed. Parts covered by warranty but labor and freon refill not. Most recently coil found leaking and needed to be replaced. I explained to owner past problems including my thought 3 breakdowns was excessive for newer unit. He said he would work with us to get it fixed to our satisfaction and he did just that. I would call them again for HVAC service.

Absolutely no problems. The installers were professional, efficient and took care of all problems. The price was reasonable and no hidden charges. I would highly recommend One Choice Mechanical and will use them in the future. When I had the old furnace and ac serviced in the past, the technician was methodical and my old furnace ran better than it ever had. After 45 years of service out of my old furnace and ac, it finally bit the dust. Hopefully, the new one will outlive me.

Called ahead and arrived a couple hours earlier than scheduled which was a good thing. Troubleshooting was quick. Unfortunately, it took 2 trips to get parts because the supply house didn't give the tech the correct part the first time.

Did not call before arriving as we were told they would do 30 min before; Arrived in time slot stated 3:00pm -5:00pm <br /> One tech. Performed inspection of furnace while other set in van, come in a few seconds and back to van several times <br /> After service complete and Tech's left, found air conditioner running and had to figure out why schedule would not resume, found tech's left thermostat in permanent hold with temp's set at their settings <br /> <br /> <br />

I would say great but I had to get a new unit. AC Stopped working and One Choice came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Tech tried a fix, but that only lasted a few hours. Returned and determined we needed a new condenser coil. Decided to replace outside unit as well. One day service to replace units and cool the house again. They deducted service call from first visit and gave me $250 off cost The price was very good. Neighbors had units replaced at twice the price. I have had a preventive maintenance contract with One Choice for over ten years. They do great professional work.

It's been a long time since I used this company but my experience with them was very good. I have recommended them to several friends.

On Sept. 12 I was sent a reminder of my appointment along with a picture of my Technician. The two men arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and did a very good job. I would give this company A+++ rating. I am very happy with the work done.

We own a manufactured home. They are different then other houses. We had three estimates. The first one did a great job but did not measure anything. The second one measure things but wanted to take some of the wall out but we had to get someone else to do that. Than later that day they called us and said they did not want to do the job. So I called one choice mechanical and told them to send someone who is an expert and they did. Mr. Coover  did a great job. He told me what he would do and even drew pictures for me because I was not sure about it. What made me happy was knowing they did this before. They did the job in one day even the rain did not stop them. They even came back out and put a door on the unit so we would not have to take seven screws out every time to change the filters. I am very happy with the job they did. <br />

Steve did an amazing job. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. I am very happy with the work done.

I was reading the negative feedback from another company on google and they referred me to One Choice.  Best decision I have made all month!

After several attempts to contact other electricians who didn't show for estimates, I found One Choice Mechanical on Angie's List. Very quick service on quote and work was performed timely. I would recommend this company to others. <br />
