We had a new unit installed and the techs were wonderful. Very nice and respectful. A few months later our basement flooded…. It was a mess! The guys came out and fixed it all quickly as it was terribly cold. I can’t tell you how wonderful they are especially Charlie, Brian, Tommy, and Brenton! Amazing group of gentlemen

Wyatt came and fixed my heat pump, he was so patient with me, I am old and ask lots of questions, which he had answers too. Highly recommend him. Also told me about the maintenance program which is a great deal, and I signed up for that also.

Really good experience with Wyatt from AirCare heating & cooling. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He wasn’t in a rush when our quirky furnace left us scratching our heads. He worked through the problem and now we have a full functioning furnace. Also, the maintenance plan is affordable and gives peace of mind for those of us who are safety minded. I had my HVAC system replaced by them in 2016. This morning it was snowing like crazy and my furnace decided to stop working. I called at 9am and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Brian identified the problem, talked me through exactly what was wrong. He had to leave and get the part. He was back in about an hour and fixed. Not only was he fast and efficient, the part was still under warranty. Thank you Air Care for the best customer service ever

Soon as possible scheduling, quick to identify the problem, parts and knew just what needed to be done. I was quoted by another company over 8 grand stating the only fix is to replace my entire hvac system indoor and out. This company ,specifically Owen, was able to identify the issue and fix the system for the grand price of $85. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I will be recommending this company everytime I can.

Air Care has great quality service. They are very dependable. They don't stop til they figure it out. Seth is an awesome technician! My grandson loves him and that's saying a lot!

Had an issue with the heat not working, called and they sent Lucas out the next morning, he was courteous, showed me the repairs and what had happened. Would recommend.

A part on our AC went out. Call y’all up and within a few hours ya sent a guy out who was very nice and professional. He got it fixed in a timely manner and we gave AC again. Would definitely call again if any problems arise. Thank you so much.

I would NOT recommend these people to put in a new system we had ours put into n on 3/1/24 and now it’s making humming sound coming from inside our home and they are an $140.00 per hour just to come out and see what the issue is in my opinion this should still be covered under the warranty so no I would NOT recommend these people at all

Brian came to our business "The Reading Zebra Kids Bookshop" and he did a fantastic job getting our A/C running. He was professional and an awesome guy and if we need A/C service in the future we will call Air Care for our business and home.

Tommy and Brenton we're very professional and skilled when troubleshooting my AC today. They quickly found the issue causing the AC to cut off intermittently and fixed it all in one visit the same day I called! I couldn't have asked for two better people to come out and help, they were so friendly it was like they sent family over to fix it. I highly recommend Tommy and Brenton and they company they represent!

This company has always taken care our needs. We have furnace in our basement that was installed by another company, the compressor went out and they wouldn't honor our warranty. AirCare honored our warranty even though it wasn't their warranty to honor and even drove to Louisville picked up the part we needed and made the repair only charging us for the labor.. Saved us a big amount of money.. This company is a great company to have to meet your needs. I wish I could remember the name of the guy from AirCare that did all that, it was a life saving event.. This current situation, the manufacturer installed a wrong part, not aircares mistake and didnt have to fix it for free, but did fix it for free .. THANK YOU AIRCARE FOR PUTTING CUSTOMERS BEFOR YOUR REVENUE YOU COULD OF MADE. (FACTS)

I contacted Air Care to repair my HVAC system; Jessica (HERO) from Air Care coordinated the technician, Nick, for the following morning. After a courtesy call from Jessica to let me know the technician was on the way, Nick (HERO) arrived promptly and went to work. He immediately identified the problem, replaced the necessary component, and then tested to ensure the repair fixed the problem. Nick took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well. Great Team at Air Care!!!!!!!!!

It’s extremely cold and my furnace stopped working. I called Air Care after getting a quote from another business that told me it would be 3-4 data to get parts and cost almost $2000. The lady I talked to was pleasant and so compassionate. They came right out and had me fixed in a few hours and cost 1/4 the cost I was quoted. I will definitely call them again for any future needs! Thank you again for getting our house warm!

Real good guy, I'm outside his service area but he has worked on my home before when my brother lived here so he made time to come see us. He showed me what was wrong and why my furnace quit working. And their prices are reasonable. Definitely going to be a regular customer.

Bryan came out and found my issue extremely quick. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. This is the second time I've used this company and the second tech I've used. Both experiences were great I will only use Air Care!

Nick was fantastic! Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and took the time to fully assess the entire hvac. He took extra time to give me tips and explain what he was looking for during his assessment. Highly recommend.
