I can't say enough great things about Action Heating & Air Inc.! From the first phone call to the final walk through, their Team was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure that I knew exactly what they were going to be doing that visit. The technicians were courteous and very respectful!!! Needed a New heating and Air system. Every time I asked someone for a recomendation on HVAC work, they replied Action Heating and Air. I chose them to install a new system on a home, and service on another. Great company, Great people, I will continue to use them. Just wish I had benn using them all along.

Quick and efficient, honest pricing! Explains what’s going on as fixes are happening and makes sure feel comfortable with each step. Our heat went out when it was 14 degrees out in a snowstorm and showed up within an hour.

Action Heating and Air made what would have been a very stressful and uncomfortable situation with the incoming cold weather into a manageable, worry-free experience. The technician went above and beyond to address an issue with my old furnace but after it was serviced, it was determined that it was not safe to operate. He was very patient and professional in explaining the situation and offered solutions to the issue. I ended up getting a new furnace. At no point in the process did I ever feel pressured nor did this company try to upsell me on anything. They offered a financing option and even offered space heaters until they arrived to install the new furnace. I have been using this company for several years now for tune-ups to my a/c and heater. Communication with them has always been a pleasant, positive experience. I am currently enjoying my new furnace and my only regret was not getting the old one replaced sooner. I was in need of a quick repair to my AC. Called Action Heating and Air based on reviews and my experience with their service was exemplary. The initial call was answered by a live person who was courteous and sensitive to my situation and was able to get me on their schedule for repair the very next day in a two hour window. Rick Johnson, the technician, called me early in the 2 hour window letting me know he was 25 minutes away and arrived just when he said he would. He was also extremely courteous and professional. He went right to work to pinpoint and resolve the issue. Didn’t try to sell me additional services or anything like that. I really appreciated that aspect since that has not been my experience with other HVAC companies in the past. My issue was taken care of quickly and professionally for the price of a service call - nothing more. I highly recommend Rick and Action Heating and Air.

Would not recommend this for place.. they gave me space heaters to use for my children and when they came to finally replace my boiler 2 weeks later they took it upon themselves to go thru my house to take back those space heaters with out me knowing.. kinda weird to snoop thru someone’s home

I had Action come out and do our Spring service this year and they did a great job. Rick called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and jumped straight to work. He did some simple things to show he has a high attention to detail. He stayed until all my questions were answered. Rick's level of customer service is great.

Site service tech was very personable and respectful. Services provided were as scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

During one of the coldest days so far they were able to come out the same day and fixed my furnace.

Very reliable, very honest, and a real person even answers the phone!. They get five stars from me! :-)
