If you want company to install system correctly and not come back three times don?t call these guys. They do very quick rushed jobs don?t check there work installed 30 amp fuse instead of 25 amp fuse which can burn up brand new unit. They also do check the flue in the attic which had to pay 950 bucks more since they didn?t check and they don?t pull permits and act surprised.

Tech was on time, professional and helpful.

They installed it and I think they stand behind it. I have a heat pump and the furnace. I would use them again. I keep going back with them since they are under warranty. My first impression was they were very nice and seemed to take care of everything. They were professional and did everything I wanted. There is nothing they could do better. I would like the price to be lower, but it is what it is.

Everything on schedule, one of the only subs that that cleaned up and hauled boxes away.  Everything neat and tidy, duct work professional install.  Very high quality system with almost no problems.  One windy day pilots kept shutting down, they installed the baffle to prevent this (were waiting on painting contractors), they came out about an hour after I called them.  Put Lennox split system in the garage and it works great.  Can't say enough good about this job.  By the way, house came in with a HERS rating right at 60, anything under 75 qualifies for a Green house, we got what we paid for. <br />

They were able to have someone come out within 5 hours of calling and quickly replaced the wire. <br /> My family has used this company before and they have always been reasonably priced, honest and timely. <br /> <br /> <br />

They were responsive, sincere, enthusiastic, helpful, courteous. They explained the differences in the 80 vs. 96 percent efficient furnaces and the value of energy efficiency over time. They took care when installing the furnace. They were careful about closing the gate so the dogs would stay in the yard. In general, they are the kind of people we can feel comfortable with in our home.

Owner/Operator did a great job appealing to the difference personalities of husband and wife :). We could not agree on a vendor until meeting him.
