We had the pleasure to have Suburban Heating and Cooling LLC at a home we had just purchased to install a new complete HVAC system. This was the second time for purchasing a new system from Suburban and after our first experience there was no question Suburban is our Go To HVAC company for anything we need. From calling to schedule a quote, onsite quote process and installation there is no company any better with communication, customer service and onsite installation team. The installation is actually just beautiful. Our home was left so clean at the end of project. We could not be happier with this project. Also the spring and fall maintenance plan with Suburban works very well for us. We sleep well at night or during the heat of summer know the HVAC systems will perform as they should.

My air conditioner went out Friday night. They came Saturday while I was teaching and fixed so I could get through weekend. Lots of choices in this industry but Suburban should be your top choice! You are not just another customer to them, they will go out of their way to take care of you. We just brought out daughter home from the hospital and the AC wasn't cooling (refrigerant leak). Wes came out on a Saturday and made sure we had cooling. Our unit was old so he suggested a replacement but didn't pressure us into it. Well, a few months went by and no cooling again. I called them after hours on a weekday but didn't leave a message as it was after hours and I would call back tomorrow. Laura called back that evening and got us on the schedule for a replacement. They had another install the next day but was at our house early to add refrigerant so we wouldn't be uncomfortable until our new unit could be installed. Clay and Jackson expertly installed the new unit and it is working great. Clay even came back to our house after hours the next day to answer some questions I had on the unit after it was installed. These are just awesome people doing awesome work and looking out for you every step of the way.

Wes and his crew were incredible. From initial evaluation, to install, was easy to follow. Friendly and honest. Will continue to use them! Highly recommend!

Alex is the best! He not only gave us great service on the install of 2 new unnits, but promptly came out at 6 pm on a Monday to install a new thermostat on a really hot day about a year later. He has a great crew that helped with the install as it was a pretty big project. We have recommended him to 2 others who have already hired him and been thrilled with the customer service.

Five stars all around. They provided a very quality service with a very quality product. I had other estimates and when I compared prices to the labor and products/warranties being offered I felt this was hands down the best deal. They were very responsive, answered all of my questions and timely in getting my new A/C unit installed. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend.

They will not try to up sale you on anything. They will tell you how it is and what you need to do to fix it. Nothing more.
