BEWARE of calling Stueders if you need a plumber! I called expecting a professional to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and they sent a NOVICE. A 10 month employee that had not a clue. This kid arrived at 810am, left at 920am and charged me 1.5 hours for removal of an RO system, replacement of a cold water valve and was told a washer would fix the leak from the sink. I would not have minded paying the amount, but when the kid told me I needed to have the RO drain line capped and he needed to go get the cap, I thought easy solution. HE DROVE BACK TO Stueders to get a small, plastic cap that added 20 minutes of nothing time. Unbelievable. The next day, I hear a waterfall under my sink. I called and asked for a plumber again. They were going to send the same kid to fix it. I requested a professional and scheduled the appointment for 8am this morning. At 810 am I called Stueders asked why the plumber had not arrived and was told that he was loading his truck. They verified that I begin paying for their service once the plumber arrives at their building, I pay for them to load their vehicle, and pay them to drive to my place. I called back and cancelled my appointment when their professional had not yet arrived by 822am. At at least the kid had good time management skills as he arrived at 810am.

Great service had after hours Saturday call. Technician showed up fixed compressor and we had air! Highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed in them. Not quite 2 years ago we bought our ac/furnace unit from them. We went to turn it on this summer and it kept freezing up. We called them to have someone check it out only to find out they were going to charge us $70/hour plus $69 mileage, for a unit purchased from them less than 2 years ago. Then they were supposed to call when they were headed to our house as they weren't sure what time they would get here and we both work outside of the home. The tech never called then got short with my husband for not being there. When it specifically said on the work order to call. They looked at the ac unit and determined it has a freon leak so they added dye and freon (which we were charged for and I was told everything but labor and mileage was covered). They then said they would have to charge us another $70/hour plus $69 mileage to come back and see what was leaking then order parts and come back back a third time for the same price to fix it. I have never been so sickened by a company and how they treat and over charge customers and then not hold to what they told us the warranty was. I would highly recommend you find someone else to buy an air conditioner from.

I needed bathroom work done and Stueders found what I asked for, called to schedule when it was convenient for us and arrived on time. The final product was beautiful and met my disabled husband’s needs. Super customer service!

I pulled into a parking space this morning and just put my vehicle in park. I noticed a truck pull up and park and wait for me to get out of my vehicle. When I got out the man told me I couldn't park there as it was Stueder parking only. So I moved my vehicle and he proceeded to park there (taking up 2 parking spaces) when I left there were still about 6 parking spaces unused. I think he was a poor representative of your business and he lacked grace and professionalism. I would definitely not want him representing my brand and right Terry may want to be aware. I'm happy to give you a description of the man.

They sold a pellet stove that they are unavailable to service due to the lack of product knowledge. After calling the manufacturer, I found that they were terminated as a dealer for Quadra-Fire. They are now unable to order parts or receive technical data from the manufacturer. We now have a non working pellet stove that we have to go through a dealer in Hutchinson for help. I strongly recommend going to a different business for any service that they offer.

Hired this company to fix a clogged toilet. When they arrived at 540 pm, their machine didn’t work for 45 minutes. The gentleman said we would not be charged for this time because of their faulty machinery. Once they got it working at 625 pm, they did the job in about 30-40 minutes. They left by 7:10pm. Called to pay our bill and they charged us for 3 hours. We explained the situation, the women was VERY rude, even hung up on us. I’m at very unhappy with this company and would never recommend them!

The guy came to charge my air conditioner and thankfully today me the high price currently so I sent him away but he saved me from the surprise of a $600 bill and a stroke. Thanks!! The ladies in the office ate very nice as well

I purchased a gazebo from them and was very happy with the price and installation. Very professional crew. Gazebo looks fantastic in the back yard! Would highly recommend Terry and his staff.

Stueder Contracting installed a new Lennox system in my home for the first time it has had central air conditioning and heating. Everything is working very, very well. It is doing a great job of keeping my home cool. The technicians (Mark, Jesse and Wally) who did the installation were just wonderful. It has been a long time since I have had such great of service from a company and so nice to work with.

I called in this morning and talked with Rusty. I could hear the phones ringing in the background so I knew they were swamped. Much to my surprise Rusty called and said he had a tech on the way. Shane got there, assessed the problem, got the right parts and fixed my leak in know time. Shane even spotted another issue and was able to fix it. Thank you Rusty and Shane to taking care of me today!

Honest, knowledgeable, and went out of the way to ensure I understood the product that was in my home. Saved my family thousands, when other competitors said our home needed new equipment. Good to know there are still companies out there that don’t always want to sale, but instead build a relationship based off of trust first.

We appreciate the quick and thorough service Stueder's gave to us! Our gas fireplace quit working after 10 yrs. We did not purchase this through Stueder's. It was installed in our new home when we moved here. However, Stueders treated us like any other customer and saw to it that they completed our job in a timely manner. Jeremy, the serviceman, was very pleasant and knowledgeable!

Why is it so hard to find a honest plumber in this town Stueder Plumbing are crooks charging 300$ for four sharkbyte fittings. Do not hire these thieves.

My furnace went out early Tues Morning. I called at 8am. Please note this is a unit that was put in by them. No, they didn't tell me they would be here Tues. YET a courtesy call that they weren't going to be able to make it would have been nice. Here it is 8:20 am and I HAD TO CALL To see if they were coming because house is cold. I was told I didn't tell you we would be there yesterday. I guess it would be different if they only had 1 person but they advertise like they have many employees so when their dispatch person knew they couldn't make it, a call should have been made we will be there tomorrow. They expect a payment before they leave after the work is done so a call is not asking too much.

In my opinion the absolute worst possible choice anyone could make. Lazy, irresponsible, garbage work ethic and don't give a damn about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS Company .... Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

They were supposed to be at my house at 9 am. I called them at 9:40 asking where they were as I took off work for the appointment and they attempted to say they were right outside my house I informed them no one was at my house they then decided to tell me they told the crew to go to someone else’s job instead without notifying me. No courtesy call, nothing. They need to work on customer relations. Don’t let the size of your building in Great Bend go to your head Stueders.

We have used Steuders for plumbing work, heating and cooling maintenance and repair, and purchase of water filtration system. Very happy with the work and quality of the service.

Guys did a great job with my little project. Timely and had good communication. Plus fair pricing!

Had them install a furnace in a trailer home ,several years ago .after five service trips .we got flusterated and had rubies finish itb.havent used them since

Water equipment installed, works great. We buy all filters through them as well.

Purchased routine cleaning on heating and cooling systems to keep them in proper order and didn’t notice they failed to clean systems until after system fails and there techs that come out mentions how dirty they are.

What a wonderful blessing they were to help someone in need of a water heater by donating one. The gentleman and his son were overjoyed!!
