The came so fast and finished so fast I was super happy. He fixed the drip we were having and cleaning everything out so it's like a brand new unit! The owner was the technician and he was so polite! Definitely recommend them and I'll definitely will call for any future needs. Thank you sooooo so much!!!

"Exceptional Service When You Need It Most! Just when I thought my closing on a new house was smooth sailing, a Sunday evening surprise threw a wrench in the works – a leak in the A/C drain. Was it the siding causing the twist in the pipe? Who knows! But thankfully, the leak was directly over an A/C vent, sparing the sheetrock from damage. Attempting a DIY fix, I realized I was no contortionist and couldn't reach the problem. That's when I dialed Rubes Inc Heat and A/C bright and early Monday morning. To my amazement, they were at my doorstep in under 60 minutes! The technician, a young man, impressed me with his professionalism and courtesy. In no time, he had the repair sorted, leaving me worry-free. (Promotion material) And to top it off, the bill was more than reasonable. Why bother with anyone else when Rubes Inc delivers top-notch service with a smile?" Note 2 Two years ago in July, while it was 110 degrees outside and I had an air compressor unit fail at about 4:30 on a Friday. They got a guy out to me (WOW!) Turns out the fan wasn't working and causing everything else to overheat. The man who helped was just fantastic, he said I don't have a fan right here that will work but I'll call and go find one, and be right back. That is exactly what happened. Problem fixed. The bill was more than fair. Note 1 A while back I came home from a trip to an empty house and it was about 36 degrees outside and about 45 inside. Heater this time, I called and the problem was fixed inside of 60 min. WOW! The bill was more than fair. Two So I would recommend Rubes as #1 in the area.

We appreciate the speedy service Brian and his staff give us for maintaining our heating and air equipment. Having working equipment is important for caring for our sensitive artifacts and collections.

I'm reviewing for my parents because they don't have google accounts. My parents, and myself, believe they were taken advantage of by this company. They paid to have a new panel put in their PTAC. It lasted 3 months. When my mom called about it no-one could tell her the warranty. They said they would have to remove it and mail it in (leaving them without A/C) to have it evaluated. They said it would cost her labor to replace any faulty part... despite it only being 3 months old. In addition to all of that, when they initially had them out they were charged a service call for replacing the panel. But they weren't able to do the work because they didn't have a part they needed. Why were they charged for this? It wasn't on them, that's the companies fault for not bringing the correct parts to do the job they were hired to do. (They knew in advance what would be needed). Then when the part arrived they were charged for TWO people to do the labor of one person. In addition to that they were overcharged on the bill for the hours actually worked and my mom had to threaten a lawyer to get them to look at it and FINALLY change it to the correct labor and hours worked. They did not apologize once. The error was finally recognized, and they did make that one adjustment. So in summary the panel is out and they are left hiring another company to do the work all over again.

Very prompt service,we called and Lucas Burton showed up the next day.turned out that our furnace was 19 years old so was running on a prayer. Lucas was very professional but friendly at the same time. He answered all our questions without appearing to be bothered. He vacuumed up after himself and truthfully I think he left it cleaner than it was. I absolutely give a 5 star rating and would highly recommend Lucas and his company to everyone including family and friends.

Brian was very quick to get to my house the same day I called to fix my furnace on a cold day! He was knowledgable and got my heat up and running in less than an hour. Will definitely be using their services again.

A JOKE OF A COMPANY. REFUSES TO PROVIDE PROOF OF WORK DONE, AND SENDS STATEMENTS. JUSTIN LACKS IN HIS DUTY! HAS NO RESPECT AND HANGS UP PHONE! THIS COMPANY SAID TO HAVE DONE WORK AND MY RENTERS SAID THAT THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN 30 MINUTES WHILE YET THEY SAID THEY HAD CHANGED PART ON HEATER. WELL 2 DAYS AFTER STOPPED WORKING AND THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY EXPLANATION. CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY TURNS OUT THE FURNANCE HADN'T HAD WHAT RUBE'S SAID THEY REPLACED. HAVE PICTURES AND IS STILL RUSTY NOT NEW!

Owner Brian is as honest as the day is long. He will steer you straight and always have your best interest in mind, a lost art in this trade. Brian will make sure you get the old fashioned service that people these days are not used to getting. Honest, reliable, good people.

They went above and beyond to help us find the part we needed for our heater and fixed it that same day so we were able to sleep in a warm house that same night. They were very kind and professional. I would 100% recommend them!

I highly recommend Rube's. They are quick, courteous, and always clean up after themselves very well. Every tech that's been out is always friendly, knowledgeable and they explain things clearly. I shouldn’t be surprised because every experience with Rubes has been like this, but we had an issue with our AC at the office, and within 30 minutes, Brian was here and had it fixed. Really, really appreciate the quick, efficient, and great service each time we call! You guys are awesome!

So glad I decided to call Rube’s Inc. I was contacted within 30 minutes of submitting an online request and had someone out to my house within a few days to give me a quote on expanding my heating in my home. Turns out it was a simple fix that a different heating company was not able to identify. 10/10 recommend their business. Knowledgeable and super helpful!

Arrived at my dad's house in Stafford on a late Saturday afternoon to find the furnace not working. I found the problem and started calling companies in Hutch and Pratt and no one would help. Then I called Rube's Heating and Air in Great Bend. It was supper time and Brian said he would finish eating and go to his shop to see if he had the part. At 9:45 pm he called and said he did. We drove to Great Bend, matched the part, reassembled the blower in his shop and by 11:45 pm that same night, my dad had heat. We cannot thank Brain enough for going out of his way to help us so late at night. Rube's is the best and we definitely will use them again. Gregg Blew

Even as a first time customer, Brian still worked us into his schedule the very same day and was able to get the air conditioning working before long. I will be calling him again next time.

Fixed my problem with just one call. Another company wanted to replace a part for $1100, and brian fixed my problem in 5 minutes on the phone and wouldn't even accept payment. 5 stars. Definitely recommend.
