Ball Heating and Air Conditioning

Look else where. I have had awful experiences with Ball Heating and Air. They performed a top to bottom service on my unit in mid October for my builder, so they say. Well, because of a previous bad experience with them I decided to try a new company. Good thing I did. When the new company did a Spring tune-up they opened up the humidifier and found a filter that was loaded with mold. So much, It would disgust any of you. My family was breathing this since we bought the home in October. It appears like they never looked at it in October. It may have never been changed since they installed the unit two years prior. When asked about it they quickly dismissed it and said they did everything correctly and it happened after their service. I will attach a pic and let you all be the judge. I have never worked with a company who is so dismissive with their customers. They advertise on their website, you get what you pay for. I tell you, you will way over pay for inferior work at Ball Heating and Air.

Went real smooth , they know what they are doing.

<strong>EXCELLANT !!!!!</strong> Mike Ball and his crew were absolutely the best experience I've had with ANY of the contractors I have used on this remodel. Mike bid the job, explained what all the charges covered (recommended the best product <em><strong> </strong>for me</em>, <strong> NOT</strong> the best sale for him. Several other contractors tried to upsell me to units and services that were <strong>WAY, WAY MORE</strong> than I needed). <br /> He gave me a start date/time, and his crew showed up right on time. Worked all day and part of the next day, cleaned up their mess, did everything they promised and when they left, my house was cool, the unit was quite and I almost felt happy writing the check (....I said and quot;almostand quot;, I'm not a complete idiot, lol). <br /> I've had Ball Heating and Air Conditioning work service other units for me, over the past 20+ years, and they have always been knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. These are people you don't have to worry about in your home. That, means a lot. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br /> P.S. The office staff is also wonderful to work with. <br />

We didn't have any problems with them.

We've been extremely happy with them. The unit failed when it was 15 degrees outside. They were out within 24 hours and had the whole system in place within about 2 days. They gave really good service and improved the system that we had.

We finally came to the conclusion that it was time to buy a new A/C and furnance. We had sent in a request to Ball Heating and Air Conditioning through email on a Sunday night. The next morning he was at our house to bid on the A/C and furnance. He did everything right there at the house instead of taking it to the office and crunching the numbers, the bid was higher then other companies (which he even admitted himself) but we decided to go with him because of the quick response of the bid and his professionism. We made the right decision he got all the parts within the week and had two guys show up when they said they were. They couldn't finish it all in 1 day so they came in on a Saturday morning and finished everything (along with some very humorous singing while working on the furnance). Final cost was exactly what the quote was, no surprises whatsoever and they made sure we had all the documentation so we could get out mail in rebates. Since installation the unit works great, we live in a tri-level house which make cooling very difficult because if you want to cool the top level the bottom level would be freezing cold and if you want the bottom level to be comfortable then the top level would be like an oven. After our new heating and cooling installation we no longer have that problem, sure the bottom level and basement are cooler then the top two level but its not that noticeable like before. And best of all because of the new high efficency A/C our cooling bills should be reduced by at least 40%! I'll have to wait until winter to see how well our furnance works but I have no doubts that it will be just as great as the A/C.

Easy to work with, had several men on the job. There was a delay but it was out of their control. Kept the area clean, used drop cloths everywhere...very friendly!

Very well. The job was done when promised and completed in one day.
