Boone Heating and Cooling is the real deal. *Not a paid spokesman* Real customer Had issues with contractor assigned via Home Warranty so I called Boone for a new Heat Pump/Air handler install When my contractor ghosted me for 2 weeks. 2 weeks no HEAT OR A/C. Mike called, worked up a quote, came over to house to review and signed and had it installed 2 days after signing contract. THATS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS ! Great unit, great people, great service! That’s the Boone way! Trusted company who I’d highly recommend to anyone in the Indy are!

Just had a great experience with Boone Heating and Cooling! They were super responsive to my call, very punctual on their time window with fantastic communication (I was a 4pm-6pm slot and they came just after 4), kind and professional with fair pricing! I will be using again for future needs!

Let me start by saying. Honesty, integrity and great service. I was dealing with a HVAC issue and went through the trouble shooting aspects on my own for a few things I did know. Called and talked to Mike and explained those things. He told me what to do and if that didn’t work call him back. I called him the next day and the issue was not resolved. He came out to my house identified a leak due to a missing cap and charged my unit. He walked me through every step and made me feel like a student so I can know as much as I can if it happened again. Technicians don’t do that, it’s get your money fix what they can and go. I would recommend Boone to anyone, that wants a great service without draining your pockets as most companies would do. The secretary is great too, communicated with care and concern !!

We had to replace our furnace & AC, and took the opportunity to balance the temperature in our home at the same time. Mike & the team converted us to a dual zone, and then adjusted each vent to make sure everything was perfect. I was thrilled with the clear and timely communication with the admin side of things, and couldn’t have been happier with the service in our home. Boone Heating & Cooling was considerably more affordable than other quotes, and the product and quality of work was fantastic.

Amazing company that cares deeply about their customers and providing the best service. I had an issue with my upstairs being too hot, particularly my kids rooms. They quickly came out, diagnosed the issue and put a plan together to add zoning to my system. Originally they said it was a 2 day job. But after they heard we were coming home from the hospital with a newborn, they got the job done in 1 day by staying till 11:30pm to get the job done before we got home from the hospital with our new baby! The techs exact words, “I wanted to make sure y’all came home to a house that was put together and well climate controlled!” Our house now has even temperature throughout, even my kids room that were consistent 5-6 degrees hotter! THANK YOU Boone county heating and cooling! Amazing to find a contractor that truly cares and goes the extra mile.

When I arrived home at 1 in the morning, from the ER after being dehydrated while pregnant, I noticed my AC was out. After waiting for my rental company to send someone out (which they never did), it was now early evening and the temperature in my house was 79°. I contacted Boone Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out very fast, and the employee found the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes! He was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips about our filter that I would not have known about. Such a fast, friendly, and amazing service! THANK YOU!!

Our HVAC stopped working last night and we have been cooking in this 90 degree weather! Mike and his team are incredible! (We got our first diagnostic from a different HVAC company earlier today. That technician replaced our capacitor, then said we needed $1500+ in parts to replace the compressor and fan motor, and it would be better to just replace the entire HVAC unit, which they quoted $3600+.) I wanted a second opinion, so I called our home warranty company (AHS) and they paired us with Boone Heating & Cooling. They scheduled us quickly and were actually able to get someone out early today instead of tmrw. Mike was amazing. He was honest, respectful, patient, efficient, experienced, knowledgeable, and he explained and showed me everything very thoroughly as he did his diagnostic. He discovered that we only needed to replace the fan motor and that the compressor was fine, and we didn't need to replace the whole HVAC. He also noticed that the other company had installed the new capacitator wires completely backwards and he fixed that for us. He thoroughly inspected the unit in the garage, the unit outside, and used gauges to repeatedly test all the vents inside to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He also was very informative and helpful about future self-maintenance tips. Highly highly recommend Mike and Boone Heating & Cooling. I am so appreciative of his help. He has saved us so much time and money.

If I could give more stars, I would! Every single member of this team is amazing. They are knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and TRUSHTWORTHY! My AC went out in the dead of summer. I just happened to call Boone Heating and Cooling after seeing them online and reading their reviews. I knew from the minute I spoke to Katie, that I was in the right hands. She genuinely cared about my situation and sent Mike and Harpender out to help me as quickly as she could. I ended up needing a new AC unit, and they worked with my warranty company to get this done as quickly as they could. I was so impressed by their guidance and they never tried to sell me a unit or upgrade that I didn't need. Unfortunately, my furnace also went out just a few months later in the middle of winter. I definitely called the Boone team again, and I had the same amazing experience! Katie went to action and Mike and Harpender came out as soon as they could to install a new furnace. I am so thankful for Boone Heating and Cooling and their awesome company. It is refreshing to know that there are still companies like this still out there!

Boone has gone above and beyond to help us with our heat pump issues. I'm so thankful for their transparency on pricing, as well as their wonderful customer service from Kate and Sandy. They have shown a lot of dignity and humility, which we were not shown by their competitors. We would absolutely choose them again.

I submitted a claim with my warranty company and Boone is who was contacted to come out and determine what was going on. They were very thorough, determined what was going on quickly, and then went a step further to test for carbon monoxide throughout my home. I highly recommend Boone and will be referring clients to them in the future.

If I could give more stars I would! Everyone at Boone was fantastic to work with. We had our AC go out in the middle of selling our house after the home inspection was complete. Working with our home warranty company (Cinch) was a disaster but Katie who works in the office at Boone was able to keep us up to date when the warranty company could not. She never got mad or annoyed with my daily calls for updates. The whole process took way longer than needed because of the warranty company. Our realtor was there for the installation of our new air handler unit and said the crew was great! I would highly recommend Boone for HVAC needs.

Such a great company!!! Katie was great getting everything set up. She dealt with the home warranty company for us and made sure we were getting exactly what we needed. She kept in constant contact with us to let us know where we were in the process. The day of installation, Mike and his crew showed up on time. Mike took time to let me know the plan for the day. He explained different things as the day went on and as different things were installed. At the end of the day, he showed me how to work our new thermostat and how to care for and maintain the furnace. His passion for this work definitely shows through. When they finished, I felt comfortable and confident I got a great product that will last us many years. I would 100% recommend them for your HVAC needs!!!!

I've had Mike an Harpender out to my house twice this year from the warranty company to look at my older unit. The first time they came out they did a system review and made some recommendations and got my system functioning again. The team was very informative and helped me understand what was happening with my system. Months later I was experiencing a new system issue and placed another warranty claim. The warranty company set out a different company to service my system. At that time the company went straight to hooking up gauges and running the system. The refrigerant charge was low, they added leak stop and refrigerant and went on about their day. Only 9 days later the system was failing the same way. I requested a recall claim from my warranty company, thank goodness this time they sent Boone Heating and Cooling. They came out, listened to my problem, and immediately went for a leak check. They went over the entire system and spent a good amount of time looking for a leak, and they found one! They will be returning in a few days to install new components and get my system running again. I'll update my review once they've completed the install!

Highly Recommend!!! My husband and I thought we were going crazy. The AC wasnt working properly. Company after company would come out and say oh its the Freon and then leave. But the problem persisted. When Boone came out, Mike listened to my problem, did a thorough exam of our AC and found the problem!! He went above and beyond to keep my family and I comfortable while waiting for the part. I would use them time and time again!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Hands down the most loyal and informative company I have come in contact with dealing with Heating and cooling. The company i called before them tried to force me into getting an all new heating and AC unit. They didnt even offer or try to fix my AC after it had not been running for two weeks. I called Mike and Katie and he came out and had my AC fixed in an hour. CALL THEM FIRST before you call the other guys. You will not be disappointed!!! Great service and one happy customer over here.

I had A/C services done on house for $684 it barely worked, in 5 days it crashed again. Invited a different SME who advised on a different diagnostic and solution and was very skeptical of services diagnosed & charged and billed by Boone HVAC. A very different diagnosis and repair with much lesser charges solved the issues. Would not be using them again.

Submitted a request to contact at 10pm and they called me the next morning by 8am. Had a tech at my house by 9am. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had our AC back up and running in less than an hour and then went ahead and checked the rest of the system. We had someone from another company come out the night before who told us we needed to replace the entire unit. Was a huge relief that the Boone tech was able to show us what the issue was and get it fixed for just the cost of the service visit and a $50 part.

I was put into contact with Boone Heating & Cooling via the home warranty company that I purchased a home warranty from. I submitted a request for service on Sunday evening and by Monday morning, I was contacted by Boone Heating & Cooling's office for scheduling. A technician was scheduled to be at my house between 11am-2pm and I was told the technician would call when in route. Harpinder, the technician assigned to my home, called when he was 10 minutes away and was on time - arriving around 12:45pm. Harpinder took an in depth look at my furnace, which was intermittently working and shutting off without warning. Harpinder found a flame sensor which was bad and needed replaced along with an error code relating to the exhaust from my furnace system. He resolved all of the issues above and assured me that all was working as designed upon making a few minor repairs. I look forward to working with Boone Heating & Cooling in the future! Five star experience - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC service company.

I had BH&C replace our outside unit earlier this winter. They did a great job. A couple of weeks later by pure coincidence, a part in our inside unit failed as well, though due to the timing at the time I thought it was due to something they did; this turned out to not be the case. When the inside unit failed it was 0330 in the morning and below freezing outside. When I called their emergency line, Mike came out within a half hour and it was fixed for a very cheap rate within another hour. I was a bit crabby at first because I thought it must have been something they did during the first service that failed, but Mike was very professional, polite, and pleasant nonetheless. Consummate professional. Highly recommend for their prices, skill, communication, and professionalism.
