We went through Hall Heating for our new construction home and are very happy with the quality and service! They gave us suggestions based on efficiency rather than trying to sell us on the most expensive parts, and always answered quickly when we had any questions.

I went in to buy a couple of special furnace filters. They had them and at a low price! Very friendly helpful staff. Nice, ckean store.

These guys did a fantastic job. Great techs that make you feel comfortable and absolutely the cheapest around. Summers and peterman brothers was twice the price and horrible customer service even if you don’t live in north Vernon I highly recommend

We had a fabulous experience working with Hall’s! They were quick to find the problem and kept us informed throughout the process. We ended up needing a new unit and the employees were trustworthy and courteous within our home. When it came to payment, they filled out the paperwork for us to get a rebate on the unit we purchased. All in all we were very pleased and felt very well taken care of.

Went to their store to have them come look at my air conditioner because it would not turn on. Came some day. Thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Tech looked everything over and found that my Thermostat was damaged. Changed it out works great and even cleaned my furnace and made sure it was running properly even showed me how to clean my air conditioning unit to make sure it's runs smoothly. When I do need to replace, I will go there. They even show you what they're doing so you know what's going on and they're honest and won't sell you anything you don't need. And prices are reasonable.

Excellent professional, friendly, and rapid service! I called on Monday needing a new water heater. They delivered and installed it first thing on Wednesday morning. I really appreciate this!

Great service! My central air stopped working & Halls promptly came. It took a couple days but the second guy that came was awesome! I don’t remember his name,sorry! Halls have helped us many times with out central air, heat pump & furnace ! THANK YOU!!

I ordered a replacement blower for my wood stove from them, even gave them the book that came with the stove. The blower was 200.00, and didn't fit my stove. I asked for my money back or the correct blower, and was told they didn't do that. Now I'm out 200.00, and still don't have a blower for my stove. I'll never do business with these people again. I have to revise my review. The people from Halls saw my review and went right to work to find out what went wrong. Since then they have gone way out of their way to make it right. Their efforts have been very friendly, courteous and professional. They have resolved the issue to my satisfaction, even though the problem occurred some time ago .I have never dealt with a business that would put so much effort into something that to all intents and purposes had already been settled. I now believe that this family run business is sincere about wanting to do right by their customers and the community. If someone were to ask me today where to go for the services they provide, I will recommend Halls.

Neil with Hall's Heating and Melissa have been exactly what defines professionalism and customer service. It took a few visits to repair someones altering of my furnace but Neil used his personal time to research how the furnace should be wired and what parts needed to be replaced He also found that our AC unit was low on freeon and filled it back up. Neil explained everything to me and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of with the repairs because of my lack of knowledge. The digital thermostat majes it so easy to adjust the temp with one click up or down. the AC is now maintaining a cool temperature throughout the house at 73 degrees. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We are excited to watch our heat bill drop next winter with the 3 elements and a dual part replaced to control the elements heating up. We had been heating our home with only one element since purchase of home and never experience anything other than lukewarm air from our vents. Thank you Neil, Melissa and Halls Heating.

Came to inspect a building we were purchasing and to give me a bid on repairing old and or installing new systems. We’re helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed to want to help me not replace what could be serviced and only replace what was aged out. Would recommend

Family owned business. They show genuine interest in their customers. Our job was finished for less than their estimate. This is not my only experience with this company. I have used them for home, for our church, and to help a friend and they have always done a great job.

I wanted to praise the Hall Heating and Air mechanic Neil, who gave us excellent service. He was thorough and did everything to make sure our older unit was working properly. It was a very postive and stress-free experience. They are professional and amiable as a whole. I will certainly use their service again for my furnace or ac, next time something goes amiss. I have an old home and have other services in to inspect my furnace, which acted like they didn't want to do anything. Halls treated me and my home will great respect. They were always pleasant and thoughtful and did more that I expected. I couldn't ask for better work ethic. Not only was the installers, Steves, great but the main office did everything they could to exhibit the job.

Best service by far in all my years. Worked on old unit and replaced many parts...Purchased new Amana furnace from them. When new one messed up a little...service tech came on a Sunday morning to help...Service techs take the time to explain exactly what the issues are, and are straight forward with answering any and all questions...Hall heating has the best techs, and should be very proud of their work ethic.
