After seeing the great reviews, I decided to give QOHVACS a try. After setting up an appointment, Eric came out. He was fantastic and they only reason they got a 2 starsinstead of a 1. Eric said he would like the Owner Danny to come look and give his opinion. Eric said Danny would call me in about 3 days to set up an appointment. After a week not hearing anything from Danny, I called QOHVACS. They took my number and said they would let Danny know to call me. After yet another week without hearing back, my wife called. She got the same message that they will take down her number and let Danny know. We are now 3 weeks from the original date and still haven't heard from Danny at all.

The guys arrived early and layed down drop clothes on our floors to protect them even tho I told them that it was not necessary. All of the work was done in 1 day. Danny, the owner, came out the next day and made sure that all work was done with quality. The customer service does not end there. A technician will be back in a few weeks to replace the air filter if needed and to dial in the system. Danny even said if we need a new filter in the next year to come to his shop and pick it up! Great bunch of guys going excellent work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND QOHVACS installed the unit at my house in 2018. 3 years later (June of 2021) they did a warranty replacement of the reversing valve on the heat pump, repaired a coil and refilled it with refrigerant. The unit hadn't really worked right since though I didn't notice it because I had space heaters running in the winter and window AC units in the summer. Last year I decided to call and ask if they wanted to come take a look at the unit being they were the last to work on it, installed it and knew the most about it. I was told that the warranty on the unit was cut in half to 5 years so anything wrong wouldn't be under warranty (Not what I asked i just wanted the unit to work). Long story short; Danny never returned my calls, so I left it off in the summer/only used aux heat in the winter. This week Josh with A+ Derr (Highly Recommend) came to look at my unit, said the new reversing valve that QOHVACS installed doesn't seem to be cycling and the unit was way overcharged (Locking itself out on high pressure). Both things he pointed out were items that are on my ticket from 2021 that QOHVACs worked on and completed. They got their $500 and ran. Going to have A+ Derr come back out and investigate the reversing valve when it starts to get a little cooler out. Thanks to A+ Derr my unit is up and running again and not locking itself out in High Pressure just in time for this hot weather.

When my furnace went out in the middle of winter, Danny and his Qohvacs crew were the first people able to help us. New furnace up and running in two days. They did a great job and were obsessively neat and tidy. Thanks again!

Let me brag on this Company for a second. I received a call from my tenant that the furnace was out. I called Danny. Danny was busy serving other clients. Danny took the time to walk me though a complete troubleshooting process. He had me send him pictures. We determined the main control board was bad. Danny pointed me in the right direction to purchase the part I needed. Danny said “I am confident you can make this repair yourself.” Danny didn’t charge me a dime for his time. There are still good people out there. I can’t thank him enough for his time. I was super concerned as the tenant had a 10 month old and I was worried sick. Thank you so much!

Danny Jones did an excellent job. Said they would be at our house at 6am and it was 6 am and they were here. Did a quick and thorough job. .very very pleased with their service.

Absolutely the best. I have had to call them 2 times for different reasons. The technical persons are very polite and knowledgeable. They explain every detail of the charges. This company is very affordable. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

2 years and issues still unresolved. Fast talked me into a contract, did quick install of Rheem system in July 2017. Repeated calls to them just to get lio service and them not showing up, Repoorted to BBB

Excellent Customer Service and Service New Complete Heat Pump installed - the team was in and out and the only way I could tell they were ever in my house was that I had nice cool air. No mess left behind.
