Powell Heating and Cooling is seriously the best HVAC company in town! We called Powell on a Sunday to get a quote on replacing our furnace and air conditioner, Todd was at our home 45 minutes later and we had a quote in hand on a Sunday evening. They didn't try to upsell or pressure us. They were quick to install and everything worked great! Since then, our water heater failed and flooded our basement, I called 15 minutes before they closed but that didn't phase them. Gary was able to come out to our home with a gravity pump to help mitigate the water in our basement and they are going to install a replacement the very next day. They very clearly value their customers and have consistently gone above and beyond for us!!

Powell has done a great job servicing my HVAC. Their service technicians have always arrived on time and were polite and professional. I appreciate the work that they do for us.

After having trouble will my heating/cooling system during the hottest days of summer, Powell came in with a good price and great service. The guys that came to my house were very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after installation. I would definitely use them again for my heating/cooling needs!

I was shocked at the low price it cost us, had other estimates from other companies but they was much higher. So glad I went with this company. Our HVAC system was 20-plus years old and struggling. I reached out to Powell via their website asking to be scheduled for a visit and they made time for us the next day. They did a thorough inspection and provided options for repair along with a quote for replacement. Due to the age of the system and costs of dealing with an old-refrigerant system we chose to go with replacement. We pursued competing quotes and Powell's was the best choice for us by far so we went with them. The installation process went exactly as they had planned and their craftsmanship and professionalism was top-notch. If you have to have your HVAC system diagnosed or replaced, then definitely give Powell a call. They provide a great service and, from the quotes I received, are hard to beat on cost.

Thorough maintenance performed by experienced professional at a reasonable cost. Purchased 1-year maintenance agreement which includes fall and spring maintenance. Highly recommend.

My hot water heater install was all done just in a perfect way. I first talked to Gary Roeder. He came over to make sure the new hot water heater would fit. We talked about issues, and so on. I received my price that night by e-mail, I called to have it installed and the Crew did that the Next Day. And that was done perfect too. so I am well Pleased......
