The guy who came and installed our dishwasher, fixed some pipes under our sinks, and fixed a couple of outlets was absolutely phenomenal. He was friendly, respectful, and did everything i asked thourally and in the exact amount of time he said it would take him. Im kind of mad I cant remember his name, but id give him alone 5 stars so Schmidt contracting gets a good review from me for being sure to hire good people to send in people's homes. Thanks a ton!

Kerry did an awesome job repairing the water main. I appreciated the prompt response. I didn't agree with the total number of hours charged for labor, mainly because I didn't feel sending two employees was necessary, but the manager worked with me. No one likes spending the money, but these guys are professional and worth it in a pinch.

Jonathan is very professional and conscientious in his work aside from loving his job and very well - educated . I am very pleased to have him after John retired. Also happy to get rebate fr Center point

Had them install a 50gallon water heater and whole house water filter. The installers we're local but one I think Gary was his name was very knowledgeable and knew the best way to get the job done without disturbing more of the basement than necessary. Solid connections throughout all his work. Phil the son of the owner is very friendly and helpful also. Highly recommended. I compared prices and I went here due to the realistic maintenance expectations that Phil explained to me about tankless water heaters. I feel that this guy is trustworthy and would do his best to give a fair price to the customer without shortcuts and excessive costs to the business.

Thank you Schmidt Contracting for quickly getting a new furnace installed. I called Austin on Wednesday when our furnace went out. They came Thursday morning with the new unit and had us up and running before Thursday evening.

Installed a Bryant HVAC system for us. They got in and got it done fast and Austin was very responsive with any questions we had. Great company that offers a great brand in Bryant.
