Terry was quick and efficient in getting our new hot water heater installed! He had a partner who helped as well (I think his name was Austin)! Both of them were professional and kind! We paid around $1,800 for the old tank to be hauled away, the new tank installed and for city permits to be done for us! We used Home Depot but Northeast Mechanical Services was the contractor who Home Depot uses! Also, thank you to Dave for getting us a new hot water heater the same day! We had been without hot water for two weeks. So it was nice to be serviced quickly. The light white hot water tank is the old one. The darker hot water tank is the new one.

Seriously amazing. After dealing with Peterman Bros and Korte (biggest rip-offs of the area), I was fed up. The other guys tried to pressure me into a 10k furnace replacement same day for a cracked exchanger. Tried to say even though it is warrantied for life, it would take months to get the part and $2800 in labor and fees... A quick email on a Friday night, and Dave responded and called me with details and options, even provided pricing right up front which was 50% less than the Korte quotes. Their techs were able to get the part locally, install on Monday, and the cost was even less than he quoted me in the email. Amazing service, great tech. The furnace has been purring so smoothly ever since.

My boiler system went out in the middle of the coldest night. I called emergency line and I had response and an appointment by 8 am! Logan the technician was polite, quick and efficient and had the system diagnosed and running again with an hour. Plus had it all cleaned and ready for the long cold winter that’s just around the corner!

Logan is the best - he has come out for repairs and for maintenance and every time we have had a great experience. I really like the annual maintenance membership. We started last year and they called me to schedule my fall maintenance. I would have forgotten to call and schedule it so I’m thankful they sent a text to remind me and we were able to schedule it through messaging very easily. Always a great company to work with.

Tech was professional, on time, communicative answering any questions I asked! No push sale tactics and ran through the schedule maintenance plan they offered to me in great detail! Very happy with the service!

Logan was amazing. He called to let me know he was on his way. Showed up on time. Did some troubleshooting. Discovered the issue. Explained what had happened, and fixed it. Because I was under the service contract, the repair was included. I will continue this when it is time for renewal.

Simply amazing . Mechanic was very thorough and explained everything and even showed me how to replace my furnace filter and wrote down what size it required. He was amazing.

Very detail oriented. They called ahead for basic information about my plumbing and electrical set up so they were fully prepared to install my water heater. They also brought my system up to code.
