Very well. They came out and gave us an estimate and the new furnace was installed a week later. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice. Very happy with the new furnace and the installation. I would definitely use Keller again.

I'd give them an A on everything.  They installed our unit when we built our house.  Over twenty years we've had them over several times to just kind of check on things and maybe repair something.  I think our air conditioner froze up one time and they came in and fixed that.  We had a leak, they fixed that.  One of those things, we use them all the time.

Totally all A's! I've had lots of work done in my life time and several properties. They were responsive. They were very helpful and educational about products from the sales person to the service man. They've always been prompt, timely and they helped me save money with credit cards and rebates for taxes. I would give them straight A's all the way down line. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any kind of HVAC work- maintenance or anything.

Was on a Saturday night and the technician had to get someone to open the store to get the part he wanted. He went to get it and repaired the furnace even though it took until 11pm.

It went well. They have good price too. I always use them.

The two men who came to install the new HVAC system arrived at 7:45am and worked until after 6pm. They took away the old equipment after putting down a tarp to protect the flooring. The new Carrier HVAC system cost $6371 but came with a $200 Carrier rebate, and a $250 rebate from Vectren and a $250 rebate from Duke Energy. The office person filled out the rebate forms for me after I gave her the information she needed. That was a big help, plus we are suppose to get a $500 federal tax exemption because of the increased efficiency of this system. It's only been about 3 weeks since the work was done, but the AC is working great and we're very happy with how relatively quiet it is. No more booming on and off which is what the older unit did.

Two service men came. They were both extremely professional and courteous. I have a manufactured home and they told me Keller no longer services mobile/manufactured homes, but they could still clean it for me if I wanted. I felt terrible they traveled quite a distance, so I told them to go ahead. They did a great job cleaning, and they were able to fix a part that was going bad. They showed be a couple of things that may need taken care of when I do call a service man, and they answered other questions I had. If Keller Heating and A/C worked on my type home, I would most certainly use them again. These 2 service men are quite a credit to Keller. <br />

We were in a pickle, new house, 7 months pregnant, 15 month old daughter at home and no A/C going into June! Keller provided prompt, upfront pricing for our home, including the removal of a defunct older system that was unnecessarily causing mold. Their staff was top notch from Doug, who did our estimate, to Shane and his crew who did the work, to the folks in the front office who helped us process payments and document serivces for our warranty requirements. Couldn't have asked for better treatment, and the work was done on time, on budget, and with care and concern for our home. I would recommend this company to anyone! They truly take pride in their work. <br />

They were good. They were just prompt to come over. They fixed my water heater when it wasn't working like almost right away so that was really nice.

air unit was just out of warranty with a seriously defective condenser unit. Charlie Keller made arrangements for Carrier to warranty the defect and install new unit. <br />

This is a few years ago, so my initial comments are off the list now. But it deserves to stay on because it shows the lack of integrity of the company owners. I had Keller come in to fix something in my heat pump/ heating system a few years back, in the basement. Apparently, there is a dehumidifier as a part of it, and there is a hose that drains condensate in the system and delivers it to the sump pump. This happened shortly before Thanksgiving. I returned from being away at Thanksgiving to a flood in my basement (where the heater etc are). Keller was called in. Keller couldn't figure out the problem. They said it was the sump pump. I called in Magna Dry. Magna Dry figured out that the Keller repair person had neglected to reconnect the condensate drain tube and put it back into the sump pump for safe water collection and removal. The Keller owner and his insurance company came, acknowledged the solution found by Magna Dry, and then refused to pay anything for the carpeting because they claimed "no damage was done". For that matter, they didn't even pay me back for all of the Magna Dry charges. I have never used nor recommended Keller after that. They have sloppy practices and they do not stand by their work or any damage that is done through that sloppiness.
