We had issues with drainage in our kitchen and one of our showers. We had heard good things from a few different people. I can see why. They are our go-to from now on. Chase came out and rocked a 20-30 snake job to help with the clog. Very reasonable and got us in pretty quick.

I've had ongoing issues with my shower since buying my house 3 years ago. I've had quotes from $3,000-$30,000 to fix it. I was also told that it's just how it is and there isn't anything that can be done. It finally completely broke and for less than $250 was fixed and it took about 30 min. I'm so glad I got the recommendation from a friend! I will definitely be calling them in the future!

The upstairs handheld sprayer was split and spraying against the wall. That water was showing up as drips on the ceiling downstairs. I thought it was a pipe leaking. Chase was super helpful, quick service, and more reasonably priced than I ever imagined. The fix was not as extensive as I was afraid it would be. This company has outstanding reviews, and I will be a lifelong customer.

They got my water fixed and running. They stand behind there work and parts they use. Would definitely hire them again with problems in the future

Noticed that my hot water heater was leaking a few days ago. My friend recommended Neal’s plumbing so I gave them a call. They were able to schedule me in for the next day which worked out really well. The technician that came out was really polite and friendly. Unfortunately the tank was busted but he was able to get it fully replaced in just a couple hours. Will definitely use Neal’s for future plumbing work.

Highly recommend. They did a great job and were significantly under other bids I received. Even during the initial bid they were courteous and explained exactly what they would do.

Neal's plumbing was referred to us so we made three attempts to contact them to schedule and appointment, each time reaching a virtual assistant to take our message, and after the third time they made a note on the number of attempts we've made to get a call back. After this we received a phone call from Todd to schedule our appointment... and nobody showed up, or called to notify us of anything that day, or since.

Hot water heater went out..Todd came out super quick, quick diagnosis, extremely professional, honest and personable. I was nervous about calling a plumber bc in the past we were over charged but pricing was very fair and with a guy like Todd with his experience on the team, I’ll be calling Neal’s plumbing from here on out!

Polite office staff took all my information and said someone would call me to schedule an appointment, but when nobody called me back I recalled to let them know no one had called me to schedule an appointment and staff apologize and my call was returned and scheduled for an appointment. When Tom arrived and looked at what he had to do, he gave me an estimate and went right to work taking care of my water leak on my main water line and corrected my problem of no water coming to my outside water faucet. I didn't expect him to fix it that day, but he was done in no time and I felt his charge was very reasonable. He was polite, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Neal's Plumbing! Highly recommend Tom at Neal's Plumbing in Troy was called about tankless hot water heater not working, came right out & found problem a lizard in motor, removed and were back in business. Very nice, good price, and will refer to everyone. Thank you Tom

Absolutely love this company! Came out same day. Tom and Chase did a fabulous job. Very knowledgeable very quick to determine problem and very quick to make the repair. Polite friendly would recommend five stars all around!

Ask for Tom when you call Neals. He is no joke. He knows his trade. Both interactions were impressive. He quickly observed the issue, gave us a quick estimate, and blew his competitors out of the water. I'm obviously pleased with the work and highly recommend calling.

I called the morning of 7/22/21 and Todd came out the same day. He was kind enough to call ahead of time and showed up earlier than expected which was great! He was very polite, professional, and efficient. Todd diagnosed the issue and went on his way all in less than an hour. I’d highly recommend and would use again. Thank you!

I was contractor on basement remodel and Neal’s plumbing did rough in for bathroom. We ran into spacing issue and it was resolved a couple days after me notifying them. Big thank you to Tom for jumping on it quickly and getting it resolved. Made my life a lot easier.

Tom and crew came out and installed a water softener and utility sink. Their price was reasonable and the service was quick! There was a minor leak with the utility sink and they came out quickly and fixed the defective gasket. I’ve dealt with a few other plumbing companies and I prefer these guys the most! I’ll be using them again for all of my other plumbing projects.

Seriously just the best, every time. Was supposed to have a drain unclogged Monday, they had an opening Friday afternoon. Amazing service every time.

Todd with Neal's has been our go-to guy for a few years now. very trustworthy, good prices, and fast (they came the same day with issues we were having with our drains). Neal's is the best. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

Todd came and fixed a water hammer problem I was having. He did an excellent job. Very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. At the same time, His associate fixed the flapper in my toilet And also did a great job! I would definitely recommend this company.

FIVE STARS, way above and beyond service!!! Professional, nice, and exceptional in every way. Todd was fantastic. He was efficient. He put new parts in and fixed it well. I would definitely recommend him. No games with crazy pricing. Honest and straight forward. Don't think twice because you won't regret it. You will be amazed.

I had them out before for a sewer issue. Let's call it a river of... One of the bigger named companies took one look and was out the door saying we'll call with an estimate, took 4 days. Tom did more than look and saw a cap had come off. Cleared the line and replaced the cap. Thankfully it want worse. This last time was a simple floor drain clog, but that drain serviced the house. Quick and doesn't mix words. Price was reasonable too.

Guys were nice, quick, and courteous. However,, they charged a steep premium for their service. ($440 for less than an hour job with $20 in parts). Additionally when they turned my water back on I wasn't aware I would be slapped with a $50 fine from O'Fallon for tampering with the lines. So came close to $500 when initially over the phone with the guy I was quoted under $250. Otherwise, water works, all seems fine so can't complain about the actual job itself.
