We have been using this Father and Son team for almost a decade. Emad has installed a furnace, new duct work in attic, air conditioning, and a hot water tank, regular service cleanin and tune ups. He also installed pipes when our village required an update for code when we had a total bathroom gut. Emad made sure we were not getting ripped off from a plumber our bathroom remodeling company called out. Impeccable work, and never leaves a mess. He has come to bail us out even in a polar vortex and never has a attitude. Emad goes over and above our expectations. If you need service and in the kendall county area, you would be an idiot not to call and inquire for your hvac needs!!

Needed newer furnace (5 yrs old) repaired. Had heat, but no AC. Although still in warranty, the original contractor had since moved out of state. Called two other mfr. recommended local servicers who never responded. Finally reached ACR. Emad responded immediately and arrived within an hour as promised. First spent a few hours assessing the problem (for no charge!) and believed the underlying issue to be faulty wiring potentially requiring several more hours of labor. In an effort to be fair with pricing, he didn't want to charge anything until the problem was correctly identified and the unit was fully operational. Since the weather was still cold at night, he made sure the heat was fully operational before leaving and asked to return for a second time to work more on the AC. He asked that I contact him on the first warm day to properly run more tests which I did. In the interim, he remained in great contact via text. Second trip took several more hours of testing and time on the phone with the mfr. tech support to be sure everything was done in accordance to mfr. specs and requirements, as well as to NOT void the warranty. He painstakingly stayed on task and finally, the problem was found and repaired which he had correctly diagnosed on the first call - improper wiring. He additionally kept me apprised every step of the way that served to ensure his integrity as well as my peace of mind. Once the job was done and the unit was fully operational, we discussed payment which I expected was going to be substantial after two days labor. Instead, to my surprise, he asked for a very reasonable payment which I gladly paid. In fact, so reasonable, I paid over his asking amount and was just thankful to have someone with this kind of service, dedication and integrity. Yes, I would highly recommend ACR without hesitation!

Called ACR on a Sunday for service and they were out in 2 hours. Imad completed the A/C compressor install/repair the day of. Fair and honest pricing. Completes work thoroughly. No extra charges for weekend or night service. I recommend this service for any heating and cooling needs. I don't typically leave reviews but this prompt service was worth recommending. Was skeptical of the full 5 star review at first as there are not many HVAC companies that rate well or this high. However, the pricing, service, and lead time is worth the 5 stars.

Hard to imagine a better experience. I have two problem freezers. ACR managed to get one working when others could not. Pricing was more than fair and the work was done quickly and right the first time. Our non working freezer is humming along beautifully. The problem two door is working without an expensive repair and I now know what to expect in the future. No more surprises! I think there was more work done than I paid for as the units are both very clean on the inside. I am so happy to have found ACR and have them in my contacts. Nothing like having someone you can count on!

I came home after picking up our daughter at the airport at 10pm last night only to find out that the temperature in the house was falling and it showed to be at 65 degrees. Two days before Thanksgiving! I looked for a business card I saved after we've called ACR Heating and Cooling in the summer to have service done on the furnace that needed one part replaced. I was planning to leave a message because it was 10:15 PM already only hoping that I could get someone to the house in the morning. To my surprise, my call was answered and Imad said he could come by in 20 minutes. I was glad to hear that! He showed up promptly and fixed our furnace that night. He was honest, polite, friendly and reasonable. I prefer working with people who I can count on to help us out when we have an emergency. I highly recommend his services. ACR Heating and Cooling is a one of a kind company. They have great service! One time the walking cooler unit on the roof of my gas station broke. Even though it was a cold winter day with snow, I called for service, and he promised that he will come in a short period of time and he did. He fixed the unit on the roof, and did not leave until he made sure that it worked. ACR company has reasonable prices, and I appreciate the honest job well done. Had problem with air conditioner and we called up service from ACR Heating and Cooling. We called to ACR at 7 pm and next morning Imad already was in our house. He fixed problem very fast and quality of work was just amazing. The price for this type of work was very reasonable. This is great company and Imad is the best to work with. We will highly recommend this company and Imad in particular.

Finally... A plumber you can trust! I called a different local plumber that didn't return my call for three hours. Then I found ACR online. I was told that a service tech would be at my house in 30 minutes. Within 30 minutes Imad showed up at my door and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace my hot water heater. We ran into some difficulties and it took longer then he had anticipated, but Imad would not leave until the install was complete & I was completely satisfied. He wouldn't charge me a penny more then his original estimate. What a stand up guy and a great representative for ACR. If I ever have any plumbing needs I won't hesitate to call ACR and Request Imad!

I was quoted for installation of a new furnace, ac coil, and outside compressor unit on Wednesday night. On Friday ACR installed the outside ac compressor and Saturday installed the furnace. All work was performed timely and the total price with the same applicable equipment was better than other companies I called in the area. I would recommend them to others in the area. The new equipment works great.

ACR H&C does excellent work. Professional, knowledgeable and honest. I was referred over to ACR by a family friend and have not been disappointed. I had issues with a furnace blower motor during the recent extreme cold weather spell and Imad was at my house after hours for an initial assessment and then back during the weekend to implement the solution. I am the manager of a local restaurant and had the pleasure of meeting Imad today. He came to fix an issue we were having with a cooler in the kitchen. He was able to come out very quickly and even helped fix a leak we were having in another area of the restaurant which was a HUGE help and did not even charge for fixing the leak. ACR came out to check my A/C just before the hot weather...showed up right on time as we were told. I had just moved hear. Imad checked everything and cleaned the filter and said all was good.....and welcome to Sugar Grove, no charge!!! A few days later, we had a power outage and when it came back on, the A/C had frozen up so the fan didn't work. I called ACR and just as the first instance, they showed up as promised even though it was 9pm. Took care of the problem completely. Couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend the company.
