We had an issue where our AC unit was leaking water. We just moved here 90 days ago and we were scared to call a pro technician due to the cost of repair. We called Air Pros and explained the situation and they immediately scheduled a appointment for later that day (we call after hours and someone picked up at 6:00am) they were here 2 hours later and immediately determined the issue was with the thermostat and due to it being faulty was running the ACconstantly. They were amazingly - and fast in determining the issue. We recommend this company to anyone needing AC technicians as they are amazing.

Sam Lara was the Best. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew exactly how to solve my issues with my furnace. I would recommend him over and over. I am very satisfied with the service I was provided. Thank you Israel 😊

Wow, I can't say enough good things about this HVAC company! They recently replaced our rooftop units, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technicians were prompt in the first appointment on a weekend day, when I had no heat. They found the issue, ordered the part, notified me when they had the part in was on their way to my home. They are professional, courteous and diligent in their work. Great job!

I hired this company after reading the reviews. And I have to agree, we Highly recommend this company! I’m glad to be doing this review as it is the least I could do for their great service. This company is very knowledgeable and they easily fixed my furnace. I am not sure why other companies were so clueless and created so much stress! Technician Ricardo Martinez was very professional. He came for a clean and check through Nicor Home Solutions. Through his detailed cleaning & inspection he found that our capacitor was measuring low on our 11 year old furnace. The price was fair to replace it and he had the part on hand so it was completed before he left. I'd highly recommend this company.

Air Pros Mechanical recently did a clean and check of my furnace. They were very punctual and did an extremely efficient, thorough and professional job, also giving me verbal tips on the side of how to prolong the life of my furnace. I have used them before and shall do so in the future; I have never received anything but excellent service from them.

Prompt and professional service - I highly recommend!! There was a problem with my furnace so I called Air Pros Mechanical Heating and Cooling and to say they were anything short of amazing is an understatement. They were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous. He quickly identified the problem, was up-front and affordable with costs, and fixed the problem within the hour. Safety was also at the front of their minds, they were extremely cautious and followed all COVID regulations with limited face-to-face interactions as possible, face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc. I will always use them moving forward for all my HVAC needs! I’m very happy with the service I received and would recommend anyone needing HVAC assistance to not hesitate calling them.

Called in moring left message, called back in under 5mins. if I would of known how fast they would be able to come out. I would have made arrangements for someone to be home.. Came out next day (Sunday) arrived before scheduled time ! House Was Freezing. By 930 Am(90°) outside Thx for coming out so fast We appreciate fast service Specially Rudy our dog 10 ☆

We have had our furnace maintenance done every year for the last 19 years and no one has done as thorough or professional of a job as Isreal. In addition, Isreal patiently answered all my questions and took time to explain everything he was doing. I highly recommend Isreal at Air Pros for your HVAC work.

Ignorant as they come. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! No respect for others, ever and should not be in the business due to lack of knowledge in HVAC. This guy is his own demise and will never make it in this field. I don't think he qualifies as a HVAC helper.. Stay far way. The reviews that are positive here are from friends or family not actual customers.
