Jerry was able to resolve it. He let me know that it might be due to a small leak. We decided the easiest approach for now was to refill and check in on it in the future. Jerry did a great job and was friendly. Would definitely call him again.

Showed up within an hour, replaced our thermostat and showed us how to work the humidifier attached to furnace. Very helpful and courteous. Would definitely call Jerry again with any furnace or AC issues.
