We have used Chapman's several times and have always been very pleased with the service. They usually come on the same day, their prices are reasonable and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Our furnace stopped working during the polar vortex a few years ago. We called Chapman's and had a new furnace installed and working within 4-5 hours. The wind chill was -50 and the roads were drifting and ice covered. Needless to say but we were extremely happy and have used them for a few plumbing issues since then. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend using Chapman's and will always call them first.

My mother has used Chapman's for years and we trusted her recommendation completely. They replaced our furnace and their work was top notch. We have recommended Chapman's to others looking for HVAC services. Excellent service, work and price. We couldn’t be happier.

I had Chapman's Mechanical install a new furnace and central AC units. I later needed a water heater and called them again. Their service is honestly top-notch. Their installers are prompt and professional. Everything about the projects they did for me was painless, stress free and well done. They will continue to be my first call for work like this.

We are so happy we had chosen Chapman’s for our new furnace. They didn’t have the lowest price but choosing a company by price is not always the best way to go . They have also come out to fix our central air issue, the service prices are reasonable and they sent someone right away . Thank goodness! Not too long ago they installed a new water heater for us . We are very happy to be in the “Chapmans Club” . I always recommend them .

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Made two appointments to have an ac looked at. I got blown off both times with calls the next day to get the service done. People have life's. People work for a living and can't just sit home and wait for when it's convenient for you to send out a guy. The whole point of making an appointment is to schedule around someone's availability. The office girls don't have a clue what days are available to send out a guy. Okay so you don't work in the rain. Than call your customer and touch base what the next available option are. Don't just call the next day expecting to have someone stop by on an unscheduled day! Very poor customer service!! Do better Chapman's!

Great customer experience! Our AC went out in the extreme heat and Ron came out same day. He had a diagnosis and fix within minutes! He even gave us advice on how to keep our AC clean! Top notch service!! Thank you, Chapmans!

Chapman's is fantastic. Calls are returned promptly. Serviceman calls to say he is on the way. So appreciated. After a talk repairs begin. Details of job are explained to us. Work is done neatly and correctly. The team to call.

I have had Chapman’s at my home twice, and they have always been professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. The first time they easily fixed a difficult plumbing job, when we had a leaky pipe behind a wall in our family room. Another time, when another local provider had installed the wrong type of furnace in our unheated garage, they helped us remedy the problem in a cost-effective manner

Thank heaven for Chapman’s! Our air conditioning was acting up during the hottest week of the year, it was miserable in our house. We called Chapman’s and they were able to send someone. Joe J. knew just what the problem was quickly. Polite, knowledgeable and he explained what and why we were having a problem. We were cooling off in no time at all. Thank you.

Chapman’s comes twice a year to service my furnace for the winter and AC for the spring. Always on time and very professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

We have bought our furnace, central air unit and water heater from Chapman’s. They are professional, dependable and reliable. They do a great job!

We spend our summers in a converted construction trailer in a campground. It has a very specialized hvac system that most companies can not seem to figure out. Chapman has fixed this unit for us multiple times and always at a fair price. Ron in particular is a wizard at troubleshooting. Recently this unit went down and after initially being told that it was likely not fixable this time, Ron went above and beyond, found the problem and got us up and running again. Chapman even adjusted the bill in our favor due to the initial diagnosis and work not fixing the problem. They actually care about customer service and satisfaction which is so rare today. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff especially Mary Kay, even when they were crazy busy. Helped me and my family out big time when our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year.

These guys are lifesavers! Angie was super helpful on the phone, and Ron got my broken mini split fixed in no time with a creative solution to some damage caused by the original installer. Highly recommend.
